About Sauvegarde Mobile
L’application Sauvegarde Mobile vous permet de sauvegarder à distance les contacts, SMS de votre mobile sur le site orange.fr, rubrique "mes contacts" et "SMS/MMS" avec vos identifiants mobile.
En cas de perte, vol ou changement de mobile vous pourrez récupérer sur votre nouveau mobile (si compatible avec le service) vos contacts précédemment sauvegardées !
Vous pouvez planifier la fréquence de vos sauvegardes selon vos besoins et en toute simplicité (quotidienne, hebdomadaire ou mensuelle). Pour désactiver la sauvegarde automatique, sélectionnez le mode "manuel" dans la rubrique "planifier" de votre application.
Service inclus dans les forfaits mobiles Orange en France métropolitaine.
Pour les utilisateurs du Cloud d'Orange, l'activation de la synchronisation des contacts ou de l’agenda désactivera et remplacera Sauvegarde Mobile. Vos données sauvegardées resteront accessibles sur orange.fr > mail & cloud.
The application Mobile Backup allows you to backup remote contacts, SMS from your mobile on the orange.fr website under "my contacts" and "SMS / MMS" with your mobile identifiers.In case of loss, theft or change mobile you can retrieve your new mobile (if compatible with the service) your previously saved contacts!
You can schedule the frequency of your backups according to your needs and easily (daily, weekly or monthly). To disable automatic backup, select "Manual" in the "plan" of your application.
Service included in the Orange mobile packages in France.
For users of the Orange Cloud, enabling synchronization of contacts or calendar disable and replace Backup Mobile. Your saved data will remain accessible on orange.fr> Email & cloud.

when got my galaxy y gt-s5363,orange said back up not compatible@the mo.Then recently got txt saying now available for my phone &a link to install,but evry time try back up i get "no network connection" msg.Also gettin txt frm orange to remind me to back up even tho i cant! sort it out!Y make availablefor new handsets but not allow it to work anyhow!

Backed up fine, then when came to restore it would never connect. Luckily hadn't put all my trust in this app and had backed up by other means as well.

I was relying on this app when I lost my phone Over 300 important business contact numbers lost I dont have the time to go through file after file to find all 300 again very poor especially with no warning that they were turning it off!! Since my contract is nearly up im going to go to Vodafone they look after ther customers instead of droping them in sh! $

Ive gt a Samsung Galixy S2 and its from Orange but i had the phone set to take all sim cards, my point is am now with 3g do i have to still let my phone up date Orange settings witch are bilt in to the phone and am useing Samsung for apps and the genral runing of my phone. If am right is Orange as well Samsung both doing the same job bye the running and core support for the phone its self? Please help me if u can. Thanks people.

It allowed to back up. But can not restore constantly giving error saying network connection lost and don't allow to restore on WiFi.

Never works anymore. Keeps banging on about connection error and turning wifi off. Why is this app still on here? Can't wait for my contract to finish as orange don't seem to be listening to there customers as all these reviews show.

This app hasn't worked since December 2012. Just ring EE and ask. It's dishonest for them to peddle an app that is broke. Lose your contacts and you are on your own.

It doesn't work. I have a new phone and I can't restore my contacts. Not with Orange. I had to use a proper app. It won't make me leave Orange but it won't make me stay. Their services are expensive and failing.
