Only exported 4 fields: an ID Number, Name, Phone Number, Email, and “Notes”. However, none of my actual Notes appeared in the No column. Also, MANY contacts were missing from the exported file. No import feature, is export-only.

I exported my contacts (over 1,000). It took only a few moments, but the Excel document only contained 5 columns: a number, name, phone number, Email ID and Notes. The phone numbers were in the one column with the type of number. It only backed up about 70% of my contacts. I store a lot of other information in my contacts that would be lost if I relied on this app.
