JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Report an Incident Mobile Tablet application allows any employee to report an incident on the spot including core details including; What, When, and Where. The can see a list of the incidents that they are involved in, add and view photos and see a map of the incident location.

This application leverages functionality from JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Health & Safety Incident Management system.
