Got someone else med list and order forms. When I got out of that page I tried ordering my refills it says I did not have any, and I know several are due. This app needs a lot of work to be of any use to your customers. All I was able to do was sign in -since I had updated my info last night. Worthless to me.

This app is the biggest piece of trash. It has completely ruined my entire account now. Can't even use the webpage now. Don't install it or use it!!! Customer service is not able to help and I can only call in orders now. Time to use local pharmacies again!!

I tried 3 times to log on with the proper credentials and it keeps telling me they're wrong what a waste of time

Doesn't work. Will not recognize email, yet it sent me email. Can't get username or password. Can't check status of orders. Totally worthless. Everyone with a complaint gets the same camned response rather than spend time to fix. The biggest problem is their website and phone service is worse than the app. If I could ever get my last round of prescriptions, I'd never use them again.

App installed but link to register or login would not find a working page. Complete waste of time.

The other reviews aren't kidding. This app sucks hardcore. I didn't think it could be worse than the website, but I have been proven wrong. Perhaps you guys should save the money you're spending on TV commercials/ads, and put some of that money towards building a good app instead.

This is a worthless exercise in futility. You cannot log on, page not found error, usercstatus not active??? Just a few of the errors. A call to tech support produced: "these are known issues" In short TECH SUPPORT SAID WE KNOW THE APP DOESN'T WORK! :Uninstalling the

The app is fine if you want to browse your meds. Medication cannot be ordered it stays in constant processing order. When I finally close the app and open up again the order is not precessed. Worthless app what's the point?

Optum is the worst prescription service I have ever worked with. I am unable to submit a request through the app, I cannot login through the site and the customer service line was very unhelpful. I should have just gone to a walk in pharmacy for my meds.

Crappiest app ever made by the crappiest company in the planet besides Comcast. I'd almost rather go without my pills and let my health deteriorate than deal with this joke of a pharmacy.

I became an Optumrx customer as of 01/01/17 and have Never gotten this app to work. Made sure I am using latest version. Does not show any of my medications after signing in. Often get "this page is temporarily unavailable" when navigating. Web site Works OK but app is completely nonfunctional and totally worthless.

I can't see if a prior authorization is due for my medications. This is needed so i know before I try to get a refill

I just downloaded the app needed to use it I don't understand all the complaints of the people below. It worked perfectly and I had no difficulties whatsoever I think it's a great app

What I tried to login on this app, I get the message "User status is not active", even though I just signed in on my computer. I don't need this garbage. Uninstalling the app.

It's slow. Slow to login, and so incredibly slow to order is useless. Guess I'm still going to have to use the website or call them. So much for being convenient.

When you order, it hangs forever. Useless! Faster and less agravating to call it in. Needs to be fixed!

The app is faster than the website, but both are inaccurate. Showing I have no medications or claim history despite filling several medications throughout the year and just recently.

Never lets me log in. Multiple attempts, resetting password etc. As useless as the website.

Worst app ever. I'll be going back to Humana next year. It said there was an error in login in, but I just continued and it let me in. It said there was an error in placing my order but I went to order status and it said the order was being processed. Who knows if it is or isn't. I bet OptimumRx gets more orders placed over the phone then through the app. Seems could divert some staff salary time for phone orders to app development. Its not like y'all just opened the pharmacy. Come on folks.

Buggy; hangs up; all prescription cost info shows $0. Really everything is free? Won't show medications without entering location even though they're two different topics. This is one of the worst apps I ever used. Works a bit better on my iPhone than my Galaxy but still poorly.

This app sucks and is very buggy. Does not let you add a debit Visa card as a payment type and does not give you an error to tell you so. Made me reset my password.....again. If this is the "new and improved" interface, you need to seriously QA your app before throwing it out there to your customers.

Overall it works well. The main screen shows all pertinent information. I had some issues with the account settings not showing the id card/other information. It will also not take or show updates I made. It would be nice to store more than one credit card on file.

The app is horrible! You pull a medicine to check coverage and pricing and it pulls a completely different med. If you don't waste battery with your GPS on it asks you repeatedly for a zip code, even after you set your pharmacy. The old app was incredible. Who ever created this app obviously hasn't tried to use it. Please fix this app. Some of us rely on this for our health! The more I use this almost useless app the worse it gets. I am so frustrated with this app I literally want to punch someone in the head. The previous app was bad. This is deplorable. I am not even sure there are words that accurately describe how bad this app truly is. Your developers failed, yet again!

This is absolutely the buggiest app I have ever used. I can't even sign in, it says user not active! It's force-closed on me 4 times already just trying to get to the point where it won't let me sign in! For the love of God, hire a professional to do your app! This is absolutely garbage! Update: Latest version is running better, but now I can't access anyone else in my family on my account. It literally shows only me, with no option to see anyone else. I'm set to manage my entire family, and this app doesn't do that. It is still worthless. Please fix it.

App is useless and an embarrassment to the company. I suggest getting someone who knows what they are doing. It doesn't show my orders which I have done for almost 6 months.

It will not work properly. Often I cannot sign in. My orders will not go through and I have to call to order. A real problem since they upgraded. Choke choke

Cumbersome. Every little thing takes several steps and when you finally input information in the exact manner the app needs it the app freezes and you get no results.

The other day I realized I had only two days' worth of pills remaining of a critical medication. It was so easy to use the app to order a refill and arrange for overnight delivery. And it arrived on time!
