Famous Art II - Renaissance

This is the long-awaited sequel to our popular app "Famous Artists and Their Paintings". This app features the same functionality but focuses entirely on the Italian Renaissance, providing more exposure to the artists and art we all love.

There are 103 paintings from such artists as Bellini, Da Vinci, Raphael, Michelangelo, Masaccio, Mantegna, and many more. The app covers the era preceding the Renaissance with the works of Giotto and continues to the later renaissance.

There are 6 different modes. You can use the learning mode which features a learning engine designed to help you remember the information in the most efficient way possible. There are learning modes for Artists as well as Paintings. Quiz mode works for Artists and Paintings as well. Game mode mixes both and scores you based on how quickly and accurately you guess. Gallery mode lets you browse the works at your leisure and even lets you see hi-res versions of each work of art by tapping it and panning around. Simply tap again to return to the gallery view.
