Free with non intrusive ads. For the Mediterranean, missing Rome and Alger navtex stations. La Garde and Cabo de la Nao available. Data usage reasonable (0.1 MB for a quick perusal of some stations) despite the ads, therefore usable even with expensive phone roaming charges. Lots of other Navtex stations worldwide.
