It's hard to watch the shows when it constantly buffers! Tried to catch up and watch HAHN and all I kept seeing was an orange circle. I wish uverse was part of the cable systems listed. I also wish you could stream over 4g maybe it wouldn't buffer so much.

A headache to use. Devious Maids & If Loving You Is Wrong not even listed. On top of that...To test it out as I wanted to kill off Dish & Comcast, they're not even listed. Amazon Prime isn't there either. Don't waste your Excedrin here.

It was fine for few month back. But after the update, it said I need to upgrade my BrightHouse cable service to premium in order to watch the show. I'm not paying more money with already pricey cable bill just to watch a app.

Due to surgery, Ive missed several episodes of Queen Sugar. I couldnt view my recordings on my laptop b/c Im not recovering in my service area. By downloading this app, Im up at 4AM catching up on my shows; been watching since midnight. At home I have cable internet, so I feared the DSL Im using would buffer the videos! Its been perfect. The commercials are annoying, but I get it... Bills must be paid! No problems w/the app! Great Job, guys!

180-196 seconds of ads is ridiculous, especially when the same 7 ads play over and over and over again. Why are the shows espiodes only available for a limited time? I installed the app on my phone and ipad and will be deleting both because Queen Sugar is no longer available!!!!!!

This has me really upset. The ads don't bother me at all. What REALLY grinds my gears is that I've been trying to watch a show and it stalls constantly. I'm going on an hour and only made it through 8 minutes of the program. Can someone please fix this?! My WiFi connection is perfect. Ive re-downloaded, there is absolutely no reason why this app shouldn't run properly. Oprah Winfrey's people should take a bit more pride in their work and fix these issues, ASAP. I will re-download when it is updated.

I love the OWN app. Worked great for me. Of course I hate the commercials but don't we all? I wish though if I leave a show to use my phone that the program would just resume from where I left off but it works and I get to watch my the shows.

Would give it 5 stars if I didn't have to uninstall and reinstall just to so I can watch the next e p isode. After you watch and episode, and try and play the next....it just buffers. Annoying and inconvenient. Please fix!

I hate that you can't log on with ATT! Thats one of the biggest providers and yet you can't watch the shows. I don't think the restrictions are necessary! The goal should be to get people to love the shows and network. I'm frustrated that I can't watch on the app but can on TV! I am DELETING this app!

Getting rid of cable is much easier since I can catch up with my shows on this app and not miss a thing. And I like how you can get behind the scenes info, interviews and other exclusive content.

Video always stop after 3 mins of good streaming. Then all of a sudden then pinwheel of death comes. I looked at troubleshooting tips and it says I must be on WiFi and close to it. I have WiFi and a strong signal. So what's the problem OWN?!!! Until they fix problems they will continue to get 1 star.

The advertisement is coming on too quickly. There is hardly any time to breathe. NBC is cool. I install this app to see if loving you is wrong another wise it would have been Netflix/NBC.

When I can manage to access the shows it is great app. I have been repeatedly locked out. A lot of pauses for "video will resume shortly" interrupting show. But nice to eventually enjoy one of favorite networks.

I have own network through my cable provider, when I login in it tells me to please contact my provider. I called my provider and they told me I shouldn't have any problems, but I do with this app. I don't understand why it is not working when I have this channel through my cable company.

Why should u have to sign in to ur cable provider to get on the app? I downloaded so I wouldn't miss my shows but its not like u can connect with any cable provider. If u don't have the channel connected to ur account u still can't watch it, and I feel if we downloaded the app it should be like HULU and/or NETFLIX. It should have nothing to do with ur cable provider. PLEASE RECTIFY THIS ISSUE AND MAYBE I WILL REVISIT DOWNLOADING AND RECOMMENDING IT AGAIN

The app stalls once you pause and try to return to your show. I have to close out the app and sign in again. Why do you have to sign in everything, can we have the option for it to remember your username and password. Sometimes the sign in does not work, it states invalid info. The commercials are ridiculous, there are too many and too long. Please fix these issues

This us the worst app ever! I couldn't watch any of the shows without it stalling and now for reason it logged me out and the cable provider list won't even come up. You would think that anything related to Oprah Winfrey would be of much better quality

Extremely disappointed. How is AT&T Uverse not a part of the network? The OWN channel is inclused in my cable package so.... I'm also confused as to what's the point in downloading the app if I still need a cable provider?

I havent been watching tv lately and I missed an entire season, and because the season is over I can't find any of the episodes. How am I suppose to catch up for the next season? This app makes no sense, keep all the shows up at all times. Now im behind a season. Stupid.

Used to be able to watch using the app with no issues. As of last update, I can log in, but the player always malfunctions. I even uninstalled and re-installed. Shows aren't released to my provider app until later, so now I'm going to be behind on my faves.

Can't add my cable provider. I was able to watch one show without adding my cable company. I have AT&T Uverse & it is not on the list so I am uninstalling. I did send them an email but they didn't let me know if they were adding my cable company or not. So goodbye for now.

I like the app, I want the new season of Queen Sugar. That show along with Greenleaf can be in the years of running and I'd be plopped in front of phone watching. Being absolutely drawn in as if the world doesn't exist..lol. My wife turns me on to different shows because I never watch TV and she knows me well by suggesting these 2. I'm more in tuned with Queen Sugar because everyone on the shows reminds me of my every day life. I think James Earl Jones should make a consistent appearance on Greenleaf. His broad voice along with the would capture many. I have a board voice and so did my Dad. It commands attention.

Even though I pay to have OWN in my channel list I cannot log into the app because Frontier FIOS is not one of the options in the provider list. Therefore I cannot use the app at all. Once they are added as a provider I will give this a new rating. UPDATE: 7 later and Frontier is still not on the list of providers. The AMC app has Frontier available, why not OWN? Doesn't appear to be working as hard as they claim to add new providers.

Been waiting waiting waiting for months for them to add Century Link Prism to the Network provider. Not waiting much longer. I am ready to delete the app. I have sent numerous emails. I don't like rating a Negative because I know it will be a positive App. Until then I will uninstall and wait and see. Hope I can remember by then to reinstall. Thanks Cyndi Elser Cape Coral Florida

It continues to be the slowest app ever. Im asked to sign into my provider's network, which is very annoying and the screen is too small to even see when I'm inputting my information. The connection is the worst. PLEASE WORK ON THIS IMMEDIATELY! VERY POOR REPRESENTATION OF THE OWN NETWORK!

I've seen some of the bad reviews posted. This is just like the ABC or CBS websites where you get an advertisement dueing the natural breaks. No big deal. At least you can watch any of the shows you miss, which is thebpirpose of the app.

I installed the OWN app on my tablet so that I could watch my favorite OWN TV shows. One of my favorite shows to watch is the hahn!!! I was able to watch the first episode of season 2, but when tried watch the second episode, I was prompted to login with my TV provider​. My TV provider, Optimum was listed in the selection and I proceeded to login. I tried logging in multiple times only to be unsuccessful. Not sure what happen.

This app is OK but all the ads make it unbearable!! I'd rather go in the other room and watch! You can ffwd so you're just holding phone twiddling your thumbs. I could understand SOME ads but DANG every 3 minutes! And ads are longer than the show!

**update** i tried the app a few months ago and it was horrible. I downloaded again today, it played for the 1st episode. Went to 2nd episode, no sound except for commercials. And then the 185 seconds of commercials play over and over again... you guys should use the money you are making from the long a** commercials and fix this app. App need major help.

This stupid app will not allow me to log in with my Time Warner/ Spectrum cable provider!! It worked fine for weeks then all of a sudden Im being asked to log in out of the blue, once again, and my account info is not being accepted. So annoying!

Please tell me why you have to have a cable provider just to use this app. I downloaded it thinking I would be able to pay a monthly subscription just like Netflix or any other major company with apps but that wasn't the case. And last but not least you cannot even use Chromecast to cast to your television with this app I will be uninstalling.

I LOVE OWN LLC tv programs and Will Love to PAY a monthly subscription to view it! Just like I pay for Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Now. Until this take place I will Never be able to watch my OWN LLC tv network. I simply refuse to invest in cable at this time. This APP only receive this rating because I couldnot Access OWN LLC tv network! I Want Access!!

7-30-16 I said what a horrible app, Never loads the show your interested in but without fail the advertisements always comes up. Need major fix and/or overhaul. An OWN supporter for cable the app sucks. Will uninstall immediately! 11/2/16 Reinstalled the app recently, what an amazing transformation from a horrible app to an exceptional app. Unbelievable, how well it works now. I'm only going to give four stars for now but that may change in time to five if this app continues to improve. Great work!

Just to watch one episode of one show, I was treated generously with 180 seconds of ads (only two, which repeated over and over). When the video finally played after several minutes of buffering, there was no sound. Tried to restart the video ... 180 more seconds of repetitive ads! Yay! Really, Oprah? Money is tight? UNINSTALLING.

If there was a zero, I would put that. Why require cable logins that are not there??? I have OWN network on my tv, but can't watch anything from my phone like I do other networks. Shame on Oprah and all of the other execs...

This app better have doctor phil on it. Edit: WHY AREN'T ALL THE EPISODES OF DR PHIL ON HERE? WHY DON'T YOU START WITH SEASON 1 AND END WITH THE MOST RECENT? THIS IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR AN APP!!!

I'm uninstalling this app. I've had it for at least 6 months and I still don't see my TV provider and keep reading the same message about how hard you're working to add more in the coming months. How does that work exactly? How is it I'm paying extra money for this channel and can't even logon to your app. What's the point if your regular viewers still can't view? It's ridiculous!

When we have ability to cast through Google chrome,then I will rate this perfect. Until then,only 2 stars. Some of us live in the country and choose not to have satellite and are too far out for regular cable. I'm forced to watch on my tiny screen until then.

First off OWN went let you watch full episodes on the website so they force this app. Every episode I've tried to watch stops after one minute. I've water over an hour waiting for it to start and whenever I shut it down and come back I have to watch the freaking commercials AGAIN!!!! I've seen these 3 commercials like 12 times already but my show.... still stuck in the minute area. Ugh!
