App is so easy to use and their promos help me save more, pkus the cars doesn't have awful smell like my previous experience.

Garbage. Never did open or work. Uninstalled it.

Fixed rates help me not worry about overspending on cabs. I love the promos!

At first I was having a doubt in using this app but after I gave it a try, I realized that it's really cheaper than Uber and Lyft but as comfortable. Plus the driver is very courteous and on time. Highly recommended! Thank you Opoli!

Opoli app is very useful and convenient to use. Their services are cheap and good compared to their competitors. The thing I love the most is they don't have any surge pricing. Also, great customer service! I'm happy that their agents respond right away to my concerns.

Like it but really needs phone support for emergent issues. Txt takes too long sometime, especially AT airports.

Said it contacted my driver and would provide updates, but just kept cycling through and never updated the status. Ride came an hour later and took over 3 hours to go 45 miles. Definitely deleting this app

The app didnt work and the ride I booked online never came. Also, they have no way to close your account once you open it. Use a temporary burner number if you insist on trying out this app.

I received this offer from my husband and it said that i will have $25 credit for the first ride but i only received $5 credit! What was that all about? Do these people think that people do not communucate after sharing the app? No thank you opoli, i will stick to my other rideshare apps.

I have downloaded the app and shared it with my wife. The app said "friends will receive $25 for their first ride" but she only received $5! Same thing happened to me. I dont think i will give opoli a shot over more established rideshare apps. ..............UPDATE: i just checked how much it would be to ride with opoli from Spring Valley to San Diego Airport and it was quoted $58! I can get a Lyft/Uber for $16-$22. Why would someone get an opoli for that ridiculous amount?

Beware! We have always used GoSedan to get to and from the airport. Never a problem. This time I downloaded and used Opoli. When I clicked on "I'm Ready" the app told me the dispatcher would be contacting the driver and I'd be picked up. Never happened. It took me four calls to customer service at GoSedan to finally get picked up and the driver told me that there'd been a lot of problems with Opoli. I wouldn't ever trust this app again.

I will just stick to Lyft and Uber, sorry. Lyft gives you $50 credits with code "sidney79" and Uber gives you $15 with code "gjkwj."

App used to be great and now it crashes when you try to make reservations

$25 off your first ride with code 0cai8. Loving that. Get while its available. Being able to schedule rides is amazing.

The ride are cheap and good and my driver gets 5 stars but this app gets two I had a promo code and then they took away because the first driver cancel on me and it was not my fault they really need to fix the bugs on the app and credit my account

App needs optimization. Seems to always have the GPS running

Picked me up from San Diego airport no problem

Horrible service!

San Diego tried numerous times and could not get a driver however despite me about to give up on it got a drive and he was supper nice and well taken care of vehicle.. He said that not many drivers yet... Will see what happens almost just gaveba 3 however the driver was awesome
