Sale person never tells me that I need to pay for some features after 1 or 2 years pass

Never really had a problem but now not excepting my password and will not let me reset

Had some errors to begin with but support helped get them fixed... Seems good so far

Connection Socket Error 107 is always causing the app to crash.

Good software to manage the Mivalife systems. However, recently having a lot of timeout issues with the video. The display keeps timing out. Issue noticed in last couple of weeks on the the Samsung phone. The video shows up fine on an iPhone.

Had the older Oplink System and cameras. This new generation of home video security is the wave of the future, thousands of miles away. Love it.

Can't see what door is open when someone else arms. Should be possible to disable audio for arming/disarming. Also miss more features related to sensor status etc. Really bad idea to drop audio on last update :-(

App generally works well, but the Android Wear application doesn't appear to do anything.

I love this system, has alarm and smart devices all in one app, easy to set up and add new devices, also can has multiple locations, put one at my house and another in my parents house. Very user friendly.

I used to be able to silence my ringer on my phone and still get the alarm because my media volume was up. Now it gets turned off with the ringer.

Now that I updated it the siren doesn't go off when your phone is on vibrate I hate it now serves no purpose

Now it's going offline with new update and can't add family.

I paid $299. for ours from Frys. We didn't opt for the $399 for 3 years, we didn't know before we purchased ours. So far, it's working well. There were few instances that alarm went off that it was not til 2 minutes later that I got notified on my phone. IP cameras were awesome and very clear. Motion sensor is too sensitive and picking up the dogs movement so that's a thumbs down. Hope they fixed that or send us a replacement or something. There is no monthly monitoring if you purchase it somewhere else.

Oplink is a good affordable security system with most types of accessories. App works fine and allows easy setup and modifications. Basic free services are good enough for me although premium services are great if you prefer that.

Update: It seems to be working properly in landscape mode now. Original post: Since last update, the app won't display video in landscape mode. Works fine in portrait, but upon rotating screen, error message is displayed. Connection Unknown Error [100]. T-Mobile Note 4, Android 4.4.

Overall the app is pretty good and is almost real time with just a second or 2 of lag. Camera feeds a pretty good and the scan to activate mode is nice. Overall a good experience. Keep it up oplink.

Great app, the improvements are great,one problem is sometimes when my system goes off i hear the siren sound on my phone, and sometimes i do not, havent tried cameras and all the preme features. IS WEAR PART IN BETA COMES UP ON MY 360 BUT WONT DO ANYTHING

Very good system. I can see everything I need to see inside my house wherever I am.

Cheap DIY system and easy to setup.

Love Oplink and the app is good, however, can you please lose the scroll on the arming screen. Buttons would be 100% better!!!

the scrolling up and down to arm disarm or stay is really cumbursome. sometimes i get what i want but mostly not. havent tried cameras and all the preme features.

The app UI is great!

fast and easy install, close to live video streaming with no delay. I don't use all the sensors that come with the package but door/window sensors are reliable. one of the best features is the multi-view app for my 3 cameras at home.

Not hard to setup. Pretty good mobile app. Camera holder is not that good.

Very easy to install. Received alert on my phone when family members enter my front door. It will be nice if I can turn off the siren.

New update constantly runs as a background service, its a battery drain and a RAM hog. Please update so the application completely shuts down after each use. Also noticed when opening the updated app it tends to arm the system, when all I wanted to do was check my cameras.
