Important contacts of a team can be centralized using this Open Phone Book app. All along with that, call logs of a team can be shared with members of that team, making it a shared contact book. In case one person misses an important official call, other members will be notified.

This app allows the admin to decide which contacts must be visible to a particular department. Contacts can be shared by any team member with whole team.

Simply make a contact 'official' and also assign a tag to that contact. So that similar contacts could be found in one tag. Use of 'Tagging' will make search even easier.
