Check In Easy Guest List App

Installed the app.setup the event..I have to reinstall the app after each login to the event. It opens,I select my event and the app just closes..works one session after reinstalling.and same story all over again..wanted to present it an event so that we can use it for future events.

Every Event Planner should have this app! It makes my life so easy. I can't believe how easy it was to use. I was able to check in over 200 guest without any problems. It is user friendly and I will definitely be using it at my next event.

Been looking for a good tool to check people in to our local marketing meetups. Finally found it. Nice work, guys.

I'm on a Droid and they'd no place to create an account and it looks antiquated.

We used this for our last event. Sent out invites, got responses, made our list, and checked in 100 people in less than an hour.

This app is perfect for large events that require quick check ins. I was able to register 350 guests in less than a half hour, all with volunteers who had never used the app before. Everything went flawlessly. The customer service is friendly and accessible. I would highly recommend this app to anyone working in events!

I've tried this app twice and good thing they give you free credits at first because as soon as you add someone to an event, whether they check-in or not, it counts against you. Twice I've tried this and every time I pull it up (it front of customers) it crashes. It has one job! This is check-in NOT easy! I have sent multiple crash reports and nobody has ever responded. So why pay a company that no one apparently works for, for a service that can't do the one job it was designed for?

Just get an account on their website first and then you just upload your excel file and in seconds you can start checking in guests. So simple and easy

It won't let me create an account. If can't found or figure it out. Don't waste your data downloading just a waste of time

Loved the tool for checking in. Easy to use, pretty quick. Problem though is we used multiple Tega Note tablets and they would not sync to the database. Used Android smartphones too and those worked fine. App needs to be updated for all devices. Had to spend 2+ hours post event manually syncing all check-ins. Please fix and update.

The rating of this app is not fair because all the 1 star reviews dont know that you should register on the website first before you can start using the app. Registration is free and you get 50 guest to check in for free which gives you the chance to try it out. I did, and it is working great for me.

Checking in guest can't get any easier. I use this for a major yearly fundraising dinner event. Fast and simple. Love it.

Be sure to activate your app by going to the website to create your account. Then the app is ready on your phone or tablet.

It asks for a user name and password on the first page.. cant get further

How are you supposed to login with user name and password if you never registerd them This was frusyrating

I have been waiting for this to come out on Android for months! Now, with the flexibility of using this on any mobile device makes this a no-brainier for your next event. Your guests will praise you like you're the Conte of Monte Cristo at your own soiree (read the book). 1st step once your install the app on android is making sure you login to their website. After that, you are home free to upload any guest-list and customize as you wish. Customer service is great as well -thanks Justin.
