FirstClass GO for Android
The app died and gave a "Parse Error" after I installed the BlackBerry Android March 2017 security update. I'll gladly change my review if they can fix this app
I haven't been able to open the app in more than a month. That makes it very difficult to check my emails for work. I have to uninstall this app because it doesn't work.
If only I could assign negative stars. No connectivity in spite of proper set up.
Horrible app!!! Work runs emails through first class, cant check them. Won't ever even let me on anymore!!
Since the last update, I'm unable to reply to emails. Unfortunately, this is the program our school district uses for communication. I'm a mobile teacher and rely heavily on this awful app. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX IT!
The newest version does NOT work on my Android correctly. I HATE the bugs.... Please fix!!!!
It tells me something is mismatched and I select okay. Which it has always done to me. Then it just says please wait. Then nothing else happens.
Is this beta. Where are the server settings? No connection possible. Help provides no direction. A mess of an app
App won't download. No developer information to let me know what's going on either.

I can't figure out how to open an email. My instinct​ is to tap the message like normal, but that selects it on the check box on the left. I've given the phone to co-workers and they can't get it either. I'm the first Android in the office, so that's fun. This is the worst email client ever created.
I can't open an email without clicking five things and restarting the app. Now that they did a recent update it won't even open. I hope my company gets a different email provider soon because this one is horrible.
Opentext should be embarrassed with themselves releasing this garbage. Major message select/open bug from last version is actually worse than before, making the app unusable. It's pretty obvious that this sinking ship is getting minimal development.
Total POS! Very upset that THIS is our companies email client! So bad! Never works right! Designers are MORONS!
Android version of first-class go app is horrible do not use it only ten newest emails are viewable with no workarounds
As a longtime designer and user of software, this truly is one of the worst designed pieces of software I've ever interacted with. I am baffled about how this piece of 1990 bloatware manages to stay afloat in this day and age. The people who designed it are long gone. It seems to be run by a financial corporation out of Canada. It needs to be drowned in the bathtub.
Update - Still the worst app I've ever used. 0 stars. I have to delete the app because it is making my phone vibrate non-stop due to a push notification from a day ago. Firstclass, you really need to hire better devs... please!
The app is broken and will not let me login at all. I press login with the correct information present and it literally does nothing. There is no indication that any attempt to login occurs and it just sits there on the same screen. The app is worthless at this point until they fix it and it looks like I'm not the only one with login problems after looking at the other reviews.
Can't log in now after update! Was working great before it so it's a shame. Hope it gets fixed.

This has always been a poor program- slow, buggy and hard to navigate, but the latest release now sees me completely unable to log into my college intranet. The legacy First Class app still works fine but misses features such as calendars and documents.

Just received the update to finally add the auto login but unfortunately i now can't log in.

This app is plagued with issues. Almost a week since the November 18 update released and it still won't install on Marshmallow?! It is unable to open any attachments to an e-mail, even if the phone has an appropriate viewer installed.
It is useful for many things, but like any app, not as fully functional as the desktop version. I guess that totally goes without saying... :P
I like this app but the notification (ding) (ding) (ding),,,, won't stop, I am not receiving mail but still dings. Even when I turn off notification still dings, if I turn off my phone sounds it runs my battery dead. I can't take this on a otherwise great app, I have deleted this app before for the same reason but hoped that it was fixed now... wrong! This thing has to go!
Been using this app as it improves but I cannot open attachments even with a different app
Had to force close and delete all data. After that I can actually login. At least now we have a working email app that has push notifications. OLD REVIEW: Yet another beta version released to the public. Their other app let's you login but has no push notifications so is useless also. Who wants to open an email app to check for new mail?
Need to be able to log in, read new emails, see which ones are read vs unread, reply, forward, etc with a usable interface. Can't get past login.
