I need this app to keep up with school emails and it seems fine. I only wish that I would get notifications of the emails I get sooner - not just when I already open the app. Also, I wish there was a built in contact list like the PC version where the entire email comes up if you type in a name or a few letters. Overall though, this app seems to be working fine.

CHECK WITH YOUR EMPLOYER, the Android app uses a different server than iOS and the desktop version. As soon as you find out the correct server, it works just fine. Unfortunately it's rather limited compared to the iOS version (no chat etc).

If you have to use it for work just know that it's unreliable. Write any email of importance on a computer. Editing a message before sending in any way seems to make it disappear completely. I can't stress enough how terrible this application operates.

The network error alert pops up constantly. I know all the information is correct. One star because it is the only way Google lets me submit a review, more likely a half star or less since it does not work at all.

The FirstClass desktop client is so outrageously bad that I had crazy low expectations from this app. Well, good news! It meets those expectations perfectly. It's handy for accessing email...sometimes; that is, when it's not throwing network errors.

How about trying to make this app work correctly for android. Everyone at work with an iPhone never complains about this app not working. I do rely heavily on using my phone to check work emails and this is really holding me back.

I've had nothing but issues with this app, constant freezes and crashes. Being my work email, this is a huge inconvenience. I haven't even been able to connect for the last 3 days. I think it's about time for an update.

The most terribly designed app I have ever seen. One major flaw (but not the only)- if you receive an email that has a bunch of recipients, you will not be able to see the message. I would strongly urge anyone that goes to a school using firstclass to lobby for a change asap. Besides, Google has an incredible alternative to this that is far more feature rich and user friendly.

Having switched from iPhone to Android, I have been very disappointed with the functionality of this app. Why would the developer not include basic features such as calendar access? Without access to features such as this, the Android version is essentially useless to me.

I find it hard to believe that they can get something so simple so wrong for so many years. This app barely functions. At least now notifications somewhat work. Everything takes 2-3 times more presses than it should. And it still freezes all the time.

Works perfect. I really think the people that can't pass login is because they never put a SERVER Address/name. Only the tech person knows it & they can help you make it work. The only thing I dislike & wish it had, is CHAT. Like on the computer you can search & see who's on line & chat, but this app doesn't have it... PLEASE UPGRADE... :-D

Barely functions. Often loses emails before they are sent. User interface is often nonintuitive. Crashes often. Work on this or drop it, but it's been 9 months since the last update. At this point I hate first class. I'll try to get my school to switch.

This app extends the FC mailbox and conferences to my Samsung Galaxy S3. Calendar is there too although I haven't figured out how to integrate it with my Android calendar. Another complaint, although this is more an Android complaint than FC, is handling of attachments with new extensions is disjointed. Overall I give it a B grade or 4/5 stars.

This could be the worst app or email client ever created. It appears to be someone's first coding project. No notifications, horrible outdated UI, constant crashes, and inability to do basic functions. If I wasn't forced to used this I would avoid it like the plague.

Please fix! I have installed and Un - installed this app to many times to count. My company use this app and I can't wait for them to move on to something that is reliable. I would give it a negative 0 if that was an option. .Too many network errors! Does not work on Android, really what is the purpose of this app?? USELESS!

On a Samsung Galaxy s4, this app works well. Remembering passwords works and most things work as they should. However, one thing that annoys me is that there is no way to check history of an email using the app, so I have to wait to go on my computer to check the history. That could use improvement, but everything else looks good.

Really a bad app. Half the time is says I have failed to enter my password correctly and locks me out. Really bad to check your email if you can't even log in. And my password is correct because I can log in with either my iPad or my computer. So it's completely with this app.

This app does not let me get past the login screen. It keeps giving me a network I/O error. Works fine on the iPad but I need this to work on my phone since it is more portable compared to the iPad.

I have lost several important messages because the reply function does not work. After composing a reply and hitting send an error message appears that the object no longer exists. Do not use the mobile app for important work.

Limited functions with app on Android, No access to calendar!! Limited settings control, network operation errors, glitches causing it to shut down... Come on man! So much better software offered elsewhere!

Installed and Uninstalled the app many times with no success. The app keeps running into errors when trying to log in on my Samsung, yet runs perfectly on an iPhone. Hopefully this low rating will prompt the developers to release an update for non-iPhone users soon. I won't hold my breath though.

I used to be able to "trick" the app to let me log in by changing the server and then changing it back. It was time consuming... but it worked. After the latest update, I can't log in at all. Please change it back!

Used this app for 2 years. Is horrible. Loses messages, they don't send every time and most times are deleted after failing to send. Functions are missing like Unsend and View History, difficult to use

This app used to work fine on my phone then all of a sudden stopped functioning. My screen says loading but nothing ever comes up. Uninstalled it then redid it but it is still doing the same thing. Does not work on my Samsung phone. (ANDROID )

we at our school use it for our email but at this point is not connecting via cell phone network or any network we get an error network I/O can you please fix this ASAP if not take it down.

Worked for the 1st 2 weeks then stopped. I am unable to log in. It keeps popping IP with generic 4 or 10 server error or an I/o error. Don't download it! It's nothing but junk!

Tired of not being able to log in for 2 weeks. Found out others at work are experiencing the same thing from their Android. Needs to be fixed.

I'm having trouble of sending my emails and it does not refresh it self. I have tried to send an email but it does not show up on in my mailbox that I have sent it or not. In addition, it deletes it's self while I'm in the middle of typing an email. I have not had this trouble before till this occurs. Also, can you add a unread/unsent button too. It be really amazing if you did.

Doesn't work!!! Login server error. And it's not that I put it in wrong! Please fix.

Works good on my galaxy s6. IOS version is much better however. I only used it for basic emailing so there may be things that are bad that I haven't noticed

Slow, sometimes takes hours for the actual text of an email to be accessible. Network errors all the time. Just terrible not user friendly at all but no choice have to use it.

I keep continually getting Network I/O operation error (8). Please help me figure out why this doesn't work. I'm tired of having emails forwarded to my personal email and having to go get on a computer to reply to them because the app wont let me login. I am currently using Sony Lt30AT.

I downloaded it the first week of school and just re-downloaded it yesterday, to see if something would change. It still says loading. This is a garbage app. I think it only works on apple products :/

Works fine on Apple phones with iOS. Type in the same login and server on Android phone and it doesn't work at all with inability to get past loading screen. Stop being lazy and stop using the same programming code from iOS for Android! It's obvious this app is for iOS and you just copied and pasted the app code thinking iOS and Android are the same. Lazy, lazy programmers.

This app is great sometimes, and horrible other times. I've had some troubles with retrieving emails from folders. I also have no issue reading emails from other FirstClass users, but outside emails often never load. It also frequently hangs and freezes while responding to emails, requiring me to force close.

I compose a lengthy and detailed response to an email, press send, and bam! Error message. Email gone and unretrievable. Happens every time. Not a reliable productivity tool at all. Too bad. I have installed this app again on a different phone and it still causes headaches. Won't load emails and I cannot log off. As a result I get booted off the service until the next business day. I will be urging my company to switch to Google Aops for Education for all email.

Never sends my messages and it's not the connection to my network. The option of "search" doesn't work either. Very annoying. I only use this garbage application because of school. How about improving the dumb thing??

This app gets me out of work early. I can check my email anywhere and do not have to be tied down to a computer. I use an Android. It doesn't let me reply if the sender has deleted the email but I can always send a new email. UPDATE: One day it just stopped working on my tablet and phone.
