Stock Trading by RKSV

Bandwidth hog. No settings to configure logout duration, refresh rate. Huge startup latency. Tickers can't be hidden and are useless to me. No facility to add tickers in bulk, to export and import them while moving devices. Adding symbols not easy. Holdings page does not show net value or current price, but has a useless column eating space. No functionality to cancel all buy orders, all sell orders, all MIS orders or all orders. No decent graphs. Position conversion has never worked for me. Offline orders not supported. IPO OFS not supported. Payin Payout nor supported. Basket orders not supported. Too many roundtrips to place a buy sell order with needless confirmation. After trading from market watch, you don't return to where you started. Trading from holdings page is broken. Security problems: The same question gets asked everytime. Both the questions are the same while login. Transaction password is never asked. Can't trade with multiple devices. Device back buttons are not used. Only possible to log out from home page.

Need more improvements..profit/loss of stock purchased value with market value should be provided...disappointed ,developer must look it into dis and make it user friendly.. Pathetic application

Plz improve u r app u dont have chart in u r app and UI worst ever seen...i m going to change my broker..its over..very poor ...

Correction needed...you may add Option chain..for traders like us. Plz improve this app on war basis.

Pls look at other application of online trading and try to simplify and easy access from any screen

I trade always from this App anywhere in world.but Real Chart is missing and .trading platform must be more fast

Lots and lots of improvement is needed. Client of RKSV from more than a year. Haven't seen any improvement in web UI and App UI.

Very bad bad software, always problem with it, not login everytime getting error and connection error; when contact them just one answer our server is fine

Makes it much easier..saves a lot of my time.i dont know why people are complaining.this app does what it's suppose should do.u cant compare it to ur laptop or ur pc.

Simplify login process. 2 factor authentication is good for when using computer. You can introduce one time activation for mobile and once activated, a 4 to 6 digit pin should be used for login. Also, provide the AMO (after market order) option in the app.

There is some issue , I am unable to trade , buy/sell from market watch. Please check the issue . Interface is good. Please try to make simple liek NSE now

Before few days this app not login many problems come due to it.... Fix it very soon

It was working ok. I changed my cell and using Oneplus2. Now experiencing worst service from this software. Sometimes occasionally, it allows me to login. But normally and particularly during market hours it shows error and give message " unable to register deviceplease contact administrators" . I send several mails to RKSV. There technical staffs are very good and prompt but they could not resolve the issue. I will recommend to reader to not opt for nest trading. Now NSE India software was best.

This app doesn't work after weekends....why do I need to un-install and re - install it again and again after every weekend ?

I suggest the Rksv team. Just check Edelwise or BNP paribass mobile app and develop app like that

Guys never go for this app this is iseless app u can not change order from mis to nrml and also u can not see no of position and there r so many error and if u will call customer support they will charge u to trade and rates are high and there is no proper support they r not at all co operative

Very bad UI, unable to connect to server from last 2 days. Needs major user friendly changes. Secondly why so delay in reflecting transferred amount in NEST?

app gets logged off too often & hangs in between.

The app hasn't improved a bit over the years. It is still slow with an outdated UI. Just look at the most simple apps available on playstore today and you will see the difference. RKSV guys you need to revamp the app if you want us to trade via our phones. The competition is miles ahead hopefully you guys will catch up.

Though your brokerage plans are good but you should also provide good trading platforms. I cant use this application properly. Takes long time to load n to place order. Others have mentioned the remaining problems. Please please please update this app so that users can actually use the service.

I am trying to connect from last 30 minutes and not able to do so. this happens many times during market hours. This is unreliable tool for trading. Better we do it from deskop only. The website is also very slow

There are so much room for improvement. The app is still too basic. By this way you may begin to lose customers. Nowadays mobile banking is on the rise so is mobile stock trading. Please improve the app. I am trading with RKSV for more than one year.

Dead slow as compared to NSENOW, Takes hell lots of time for each operation, the app should be better then NSENOW. Dear developers kindly look in to it

Getting password validation error after changing the password. Even tried after reinstallation but getting same error
