Ok. I had problems with it not working suddenly also. I called and talk to the guy at cars arrive who handles app issues. If you call, DONT leave a message. The voice mails don't get to him. He was great. Fixed my issue in less than five minutes.

"Unfortunately carsarrive has stopped". What a waste of time.You have 2 people inspect unit before I pick it up, then I inspect it and then you inspect it at the auction. How many inspections does one car need??? THEN THE APP STOPS WORKING or doesn't sync.

In case you haven't noticed, the scan vin component doesn't work... That particular upc scanner is specifically for standard UPC codes for things you find in the supermarket... Now, if you were able to utilize the ENTIRE screen instead of that tiny portion, MAYBE the camera will pick up enough detailed visual data to actually make that option work... Until then, the option is just taking up more real estate in my phone unnecessarily. Did you even have anyone test this app before you release it?

I have saved searches and tried to use them and it doesn't work. It will either say no loads available and new ones posted throughout the day or it won't let me switch from one to the other. I have signed out and back in but it didn't help. Was going to uninstall and install again but it doesn't appear that will help and maybe not worth the time. I haven't tried much more on it except accepting a load. It was just updated last week when added a new phone. This app. hasn't worked right since day one.

I get that you're trying to go paperless, save a tree and all that jazz. But if you're going to use this app exclusively & be truly paperless once a load is assigned transporters (drivers) need to have access to all of the VINs at once, preferably with year, make, & model to obtain gate passes at auctions. And to be able to see what units we have to facilitate loading in the correct order, or position on the truck for proper weight distribution, etc. Nice that it has 'AuctionTrac' capability, but we'll see how accurate it really is this weekend on my first 10 car load with the app.

Excessive battery use in the background for no reason, app is never updated, inspection process is cumbersome and outdated, photos slow to sync and cause app crashes (Droid Turbo, HTC One M9, Droid Moto Z Force), often inspections do not sync at all and status has to be updated manually via the website. Only use this app because I'm forced to by a customer. It's awful.

Trash I can't keep fighting this damn app

I kno 5 yr olds that can make apps that dont shut down on you after you take photos

Half of the vehicle reports you ate trying to send don't go through...whats the point cars arrive??? Just go back to paper bols.

Every time I try to go through the prompts to accept more than 2 or 3 cars the app crashes. This happens upon delivery also. Error message pops up! This app sucks and is extremely time consuming. Guess the developer forgot our jobs/business is largely based on time.

This app is good for quick pay! But it crashes a lot when taking photos on my galaxy note 5, did not happen with my iPhone!!!!

Regular synch and crash issues. Looking forward to the next iteration

Picture taking is redundant and time consuming when taking multiple inspection photos. This takes away from driving and commitment times. For this alone, I'd rather do the inspection the conventional way. Otherwise, it's a good app for gettng paid quicker...

Its slow & if you don't have an iPhone it will not let you scroll from load number to load number

The UI is very clunky and confusing. Laggy at times. Not fluid at all. And I grew up using apps so I can't imagine how an older person will get along with it. They want to implement this as the only way to move their loads. I can see them losing a lot of business or just plain hurting the speed and effectiveness of it.

Can't switch between loads. Search limited.

Constantly crashes. Everything is slow. Needs way too many permissions. Whoever is responsible for this app should be ashamed. I am forced to use this app for work and most days it makes me want to quit.

Worst app ever you have to update it once a week, half the time it won't let you update, get it together cars arrive!!
