Clarityn's UK pollen forecast

As others say, great when it works. However even when internet is working, recently Clarityn says not its working. This would be acceptable for a day or 2 but would expect Clarityn to sort or give reason by now such as host server not working. Sorry thinking about uninstalling and using another hayfever forecast.

This app lets me know when the pollen count is high and gives me a good indication of how I will be feeling for the rest of the day. However, it hasn't been working for the past two days - just tells me to check my internet connection which I know is working properly. Don't know who to report it to.

For the last few weeks it's been saying no data available even though I have an Internet connection. Am uninstalling and reinstalling in the hope it'll work again. If not i'll be looking for an alternative... I wonder if there's a piriton app instead! ******** Update. Reinstalling didn't work. Giving up now. ********

Now it keeps telling it can't connect to the database and I need to check my Internet connection, my Internet's just fine but the app is currently not working apparently. Time to find a different app I think.

Have had this a while but it's stopped working again now and I don't know who to report it to. When it works it's an accurate app.

I have been suffering from HAYFEVER for many years, and having this App on my phone now helps me prepare myself for the day ahead.

Why isn't it working anymore? No data available for weeks now, keeps saying it is due to the Internet connection but clearly not. Hoping it'll be up and running soon!

Despite Internet working I keep getting message saying no data available. Very annoying.

Tried to reload the app. But as with others you receive an error message. It's the April up date that needs fettling.

It worked perfectly in 2015, stopped working this year. Uninstalling didn't help.

Can't give it more than 1 star as it doesn't currently work (no data available)

... no national data for two days now. Is the service finished for this year?

Only discovered I had hayfever thru this app

App used to work now I just get no data for the pollen when I go on the app. Please sort!

One minutes work fine then just complety stops and comes up with an error!

Deleted all data useless

Reinstalled today worked fine for 4 hours no saying no working data available

Not sure why but it stopped collecting data and giving updates a few weeks ago. Disappointing as it was useful.

What's gone wrong? As others have said worked well until recently. Is it no longer supported.

Updated it this morning. Now it just tells me there is no data available and to check my data connecting. Data is fine - everything else is working. Now I have a pointless app!

Gud data available however will not delete stoke on trento and Kidderminster off my main wen I live in Wolverhampton. Drives me mad. Fix it please.

This is a brilliant App I would recommend this to anyone that suffers will pollen

This is a very useful app for those who need to monitor their response to allergens in the atmosphere and produces a retrospective showing which times of year you are most affected- that is, if you faithfully remember to input during the relevant season!

The location thing is broke.. better if we just set where we live and not have the auto system as I have GPS turned off. My location is showing miles off as well.

I live in Essex, information for Kent is of little use to me. As I can't get accurate location, how can I trust the information on pollen counts. Adding a location for where I live is an option, but I can't set it as a default location and is therefore of little use to me. Nothing to do with my settings as Google maps shows me withing a few feet of where I actually am.

The location is fine! It's just showing you which region on the map you are in! This app is now really nice and crisp. It feels much more like a polished android app than a ported iPhone app and they've got rid of the gimmicky pollen thing. I like the notification setting - I think I'll be using this daily to tackle my hayfever...

Location it gives is nowhere near me and there's no way to delete the default location and use your own. You can add one but it always defaults to the one they think you want. Also there's nothing to say what day the pollen count is for. Is it current? A forecast? When it says today during the night, which day?

I've moved and now can't simply change the city so not as useful as I thought

The geolocation on this is woeful. I don't care about pollen counts for somewhere 45 miles away. Present your data in a more relevant way please!

Just kept saying no signal but dl'd another pollen app and info came straight through

Very accurate and a very reliable app were I live. I really like this app.
