Property360 – A surveying tool designed by professionals for professionals

As a an established and experienced consultancy specialised in property valuation und property research we have created an app that is designed to support your daily work when visiting and surveying properties. Property360 allows you to capture characteristics in a structured and easy to use app. This will help you gain efficiency and move on in the process of digitalisation of your work environment.

The app allows you to collect detailed information and characteristics of properties with you smart phone or your tablet. You can also take photos or perform voice recordings. There is an export function with which you can create a document. This can be sent to a cloud or directly to your office. Work on a site report can thus start before you get back to your office.

Analysing the information you have collected and creating site visit reports will be timely and easy!

These are the main functions of Property360:
- templates: you can use a variety of different templates to enter the date depending on the type of property you are surveying (currently these are: residential, office, retailing, warehousing/logistics)
- using Property360: simple and intuitive methods of entering data in a range of defined categories such as e.g. location, construction, fit out. There is a whole range of predefined options, alternatively the app allows you to enter additional text
- voice recording: You can use Property360 also for voice recordings
- photos: you can leave your camera in the office and instead take photos with your mobile device
- export: use the export function and load up a file to your cloud or send it by email to your office on your way back.
