Ooma Office for Mobile for Android
It's working good. But detail for end user is not that good. It's like a toy.
You said toll numbers were available and they are not I need an 800 #
Can't even get it to log in to my account.
Not ready for prime time. When it works it's fine. 50% of time there are connection issues resulting in recipient hearing horrible buzzing noise. Seems like an encoding codec not working correctly. Happens over WiFi and 4G. Support can't seem to fix.
The app needs further development to be usable in a business environment. The Bluetooth connection in my car constantly drops when using this app, leaving my business caller hanging. Not a good professional image. Also needs a notification for voicemails. Have to periodically check to see if there are any.
This app sucks! Dropped calls, not so good connection and not wanting to make calls for at least 20 minutes once I open the app. How am I supposed to work if it works when it wants to not when I want to.
The call quality is unreliable, even when using WiFi. It periodically logs out, sometimes after updating but not always. This causes me to miss both calls and messages if I don't catch it quickly.
This is a nice Voip app. We have been using it for about 4 Months now and have not had any major issues.
Randomly logs you out saying your password has somehow changed. Have to uninstall reinstall change passwords online to fix.
Keeps crashing everyone after use. Poor connection even when connected to wifi.
BUSINESS INSIDER information about the same time as well as the same thing with my virtual reality.
Works great for me. Lets me into my business phone on my cell phone when not in the office . No issues so far
On my Note4 and wife's G5 both Android-M. C'mon devs, you can do better. Also it tells you that it will run in background and affect battery on installation but there are no options to optimize life. May go back to 8x8 since it's cheaper and more reliable plus has pure SIP.
We should be able to send standard txt with this app. Also there are couple times while the call calls out when on wifi. I have tried on couple wifi locations. Please fix.
I use my cell phone all the time I really like not giving out my personal cell number out now they call my Ooma number greatest deal ever and yes it does run in the back ground what a little deal that is . I keep my custermers happy and that goes a long way
Kills battery!!! Have to close app to save battery life, but won't be able to receive calls. Please fix.
There when you need it what could be better!
Crashes hourly, kills battery...
Free Telephone Calls
Thanks
Works great.
This app is constantly not sending my calls through. They go right to voicemail, no missed call, even if I have the app open, running on the screen, and I'm connected to wifi. Even worse, when I try to call out half the time it will freeze and crash my phone requiring a restart. I've never had another app do that. This app isn't just bad, it's borderline malware. Support is no help.
Can't log in with my already set up ooma number?? Wanted to try this because normal app wasn't receiving calls....
This is absolutely horrible. And it takes five minutes to sign up and dirty five to cancel. You can to chat with someone to get the number and then call to cancel. Stay away!!!
Well done i love this app if you guys can plz make app for ipad and other
Getting disturbance when am in call.
Can't even open it.
This is NOT free and I couldn't even sign up for the trial.
I like it
Peace of crap
Reliable
I like the app, it's easy to use, but I recently got a new phone and it won't let me sign in. When it takes me to the 911 terms it won't allow me to accept, it says failed to accept.
I suggest that you list out all of your needs for your business phone system. If it's simple like mine this is one hell of a product. Has saved me a lot on the cost of my phone bills. Auto receptionist is awesome and after hours menu to reroute your calls is even better. I had issues before with the app but read some forums and got a few fixes but great update guys!! Digging the red logo.
Hmm 4 reviews... had to see it for myself. I will rate this one fair. I like it a lot better then the last version. Made a few calls, received a few. No choppy audio, did not disconnect the call either. Works well over wifi but if u r Internet is poor switch over to your cellular mode and you should be fine. (I wonder if it does this automatically hmmm..) All in all its good so far.
The service is advertised to work in Canada and the app is available in Canada and when I contacted customer support to ask if it works in Canada they said it does however when you try to activate that's when you know that it's not available in Canada! Pretty good first impression you left on a new customer.... Just thought I'd also mention your sales and customer support team are terrible and they know nothing about your product I suggest you pay a little more attention to that
Thanks Frankie for sending me a note. You are right it is better. My only request/concern is to get rid of the persistent Oman icon in the notif bar ;-) other than that it's definitely better then the last.
You can't beat this for having a dedicated number and voice mail for my business. Awesome!!!!
Well done i love this app if you guys can plz make app for ipad and other

This app is great! I never miss a phone call. Make sure your phone carrier has fast internet otherwise there is a lag! I have verizon. I use my cell phone as a cordless phone!
