Why bother making an app that just opens the website in the browser.

Not what I was looking for in an app. Only causes a external browser to open the website. No better than a bookmark on a web browser. I have been looking for a way to listen to the podcasts on their site but the rss feed just shows the web pages and the content in a player running on he site. This is no better.
