Did all the work just to have the app force quit when uploading my pictures. Never get past that part. Support is useless. This app is useless. Extremely frustrating.

So far, I have not gotten past the first screen with this app. It refuses to accept the claim number. I have confirmed the number from multiple sources, but this app seems to want something with 2 more digits. I'll update here if I make progress.

Reasonably usable for an app I hope to never need again, but it does have a few bafflingly braindead quirks. It rudely rejects portrait pictures and demands that you re-take them in landscape- which is fine, except that it apparently determines this by the screen orientation after you accept the picture. So if you use rotation lock (like me), it rejects pictures no matter how you take them. If you take the picture properly in landscape, then rotate to portrait and approve the picture, it still rejects the picture. The tutorial video is potato quality and has no playback controls. The text box for describing damage won't allow you to have the cursor anywhere but the very end, so the only way to go back and correct mistakes is to delete everything you've written after the mistake.

Did all thier leg work only for the app not to work when submitting. Tried calling support only to be on hold long enough to be told nobody was there to answer their phone.

If you're going to pawn off your job on accident victims the least you could do is make an app that works... Continually crashes during upload. 0/10 would not switch to progressive.
