It is nice that I can send these in, but it was a pain to setup. Couldn't download from the first link. Got in with the second, but code didn't work. App didn't request permissions to camera so had to set that manually. Still didn't work, so had to permit access to everything. Not a fan. For something that is really just saving them a trip out and ultimately some $$$ I want it to be less of a pain. Won't use it again.

Not a fan. It is convienent that i dont have to schedule an inspection. Although, the insurance agent who requested I download this app told me they would still need a body shop to inspect the car for the estimate. Makes me wonder what the point of this is. Right away I had a problem with the app permissions. It kept saying it needed permission to use the camera. Which i gave it and confirmed in the settings. Customer support told me i had to give it permission to everything. Microphone and contacts included. They told me it needs access to contacts so it can make a temp contact to send the photos from. Makes no sense to me. I didnt give it permission for my contacts but did give permission to my microphone. This solved the issue and I was able to complete my inspection. Like someone else said, this is normally a job someone gets paid to perform. Now the customers are doing it. Not sure how I feel about that. The app was easy enough to use. Overall experience was a 5/10.

Fisrt time using this app for me but im old school & would rather have the adjuster or someone who knows what their doing handle all this. Although it's easy to use & has a turorial video which is pretty cool, I just prefer not to do all the work.

They need permission for everything in order to take and submit photos...why do they need my contacts? Why do they need to access my entire phone?

I like the app because it was convenient to use it with my schedule. I like that I didn't have to wait around for someone to show up for days.

Good customer service. As a heads up tho the camera won't work unless you go to your phone settings and allow camera permission manually

Very helpful for me, it downloaded quickly.Took me only minutes to take pictures and send them the photos they needed.Got everything started now waiting to have my car fixed.Thanks Kemper

Downloaded the app and wasn't sure why they camera wasn't working. I had to read the reviews to find out we have to manually give permission. Once I was able to do that it was easy.

The app needs to be manually given permission to access your camera, does not do it automatically, Other than that the app works Fine.

Poor UX. Started by not asking for camera permissions. Then locked in landscape mode. It kept telling me that I didn't provide a picture as I was trying to take one.

Password that was given to me was incorrect. I had to call tech support to make it work. Then, after I got it all working and finished taking pictures none of them would upload. Huge waste of time!

This insurance company is horrid. You can't get the adjuster to answer their phone. Support for this app can't provide a passcode that works but they'll text you constantly asking for the pictures. Good luck if one of their costumers damage your vehicle. The CSR told me to try the passcodes I have already tried over and over again then said they would email someone to call me because they didn't know what was wrong. She sighed heavily and was rather short with me. I was obviously an inconvenience to her.

This is a failed app... it never worked for me or my wife. Gives you the error message "no Internet connection, please try again when you have Internet." Between the app and not working and not being able to get ahold of the claim person they are now trying to drop my claim. Don't waste your time with the app just have an adjuster come out and look at it in person.

This app could have made the insurance claim experience easier if it worked, but ultimately it made things worse. I didn't get the app invitation right away, but once I did, I got daily text reminders to submit photos. Nice in theory, annoying in practice. Upon installation the app couldn't access my camera; the permission request was not automatic. Tried to call help line to no avail. Was only finally able to take mirrored pictures, which was completely disorienting and frustrating. Happy to uninstall now!

I've tried to submit the photos for the claim three times and keeps giving me an error message "not connected to the Internet" it won't work on wifi or data from my provider. It also won't save the photos and I have to start from the beginning every time. And in case anyone is wondering, I did rebut my phone twice and it didn't do a thing. I called tech support & the only thing they can do is submit a ticket, which according to the rep won't fix my problem. I'll keep trying & hopefully it'll work eventually

Every time I came to the part of the app put in passcode it said couldn't find it or when it allowed me to proceed further then it would allow me to finish I tried starting over several times to no avail very poor app. Not impressed even you follow the instructions verbatim to no avail need to work out all these issues

I was forced to use this app in order to 'validate' the images I took of my car that got hit. The app required I give it full access of my phone in order for it to work.

Sucked didn't let me get pass the initial set up. Logged in fine watched video fine but I was ready to take a picture and it said it needed permission to access my camera which it had the permission for it but it kept going back to the same screen needs permission. So basically sucked I tried and tried and didn't work bs app and all just to make it easier on the adjuster we are basically doing there job way easier they should pay us.

This app is useless. I sent my photos through email, now the adjuster is telling me I need to upload photos through this app. I called the help number given, operator tells me she can't hear me and to call back. Rating is a -0.

Had no problems with the code; app was pretty straightforward to use and included a video with instructions. Allowed retake of photos and final review before sending. Positive experience with this part of my claim...

This insurance company is horrible when trying to get your car repaired. Customer service is awful!! My car got hit while parked in a parking space but it was my fault?!?!
