OnSource Inspector App

The fonts and color contrast make it near impossible to see, especially on a sunny day.

I love this app when I have internet. I go in the hills of WV and have no service. Otherwise the app itself is wonderful. Makes my job easy peasy!

Its quicker than using a camera and transferring to a computer.

Been signed up for like 6 months and no assignment yet. Don't waste your time

I love the app with 3 exceptions: 1. I would like to open it without having to sign in every time I open it, 2. I would love the photo session to flow better (ex: all interior photos done while inside the vehicle instead of in the car, out of the car, in the car again- it's a pain getting in and out of the back seat), 3. I get at least 2 "error" messages every time I submit my report so I have to log into the website to see if everything uploaded or call support to see if they can see my photos.

The app makes an easy job EASIER!!

Does not save the photo and move on to the next. Wonderful, since Onsource will begin giving preference to those who use the app this month.

It says I am an unauthorized user. I called for support. They were of no help.

Frequently crashes in middle of job.

Error message about server

Nothing but problems doing photo takes uploads and it freezes up in the middle of photo taking appointment which make the contractors look inexperienced and unprofessional. Also the application requires more memory than my phone will allow Not user friendly if you make a mistake and requires more time on the job than necessary. Completely useless so far in my opinion.

Unexpectedly force closes

I always get an "error fetching data from server" message when opening the app.

The app makes the inspection so easy and quick. I love it.

I have used this app and it has served me well. There were few odds and ends that did not work correct at first. One main reason two hotels next to each other that use wifi could confuse the upload. But overall its a great App.

More efficient way of completing inspections!

This app constantly disappoints me. When it works right, it's wonderful.

I really like the convenience of using it rather than having to download and re upload pics after I get back in from doing work. The down side is that it has failed several times with a message saying it has stopped unexpectedly and I have had to either start over or just take pics and combine them and re upload after I get home. If that were fixed it would definitely be five stars!

Really a great tool, can get the job done in a lot less time. Which allows more time to do more jobs.

Keeps freezing or losing total inspection report

I have a galaxy s5 everytime I tried to take a picture it would say error picture not taken sucky app never will use again deleting it immediately. It made it easier just to use my lower resolution camera that I had to download them to use this app so the company will just have to deal with me emailing them the photos and info

The app would be a great tool for me but when I used it for the 1st time on my 1st job it stopped twice when I was almost done and lost everything each time. Please fix and I will give 5star rating.

It keeps having a server errors always have to uninstall it and then download it again. Please fix this problem asap
