i have the latest version but I can't not get the txt msg can to work & it is set up in app for txt. only receive msgs in the app. my phone can receive SMS per my carrier. what am I doing wrong? Is it something with app. do I need to stay logged out etc. but no problem on S3. and this is a S4

It doesn't allow me to see my schedule. It only brings up 2 weeks at a time. Also there is no markings indicating which days i work. Its just a blank calender. I uninstalled within 5 minutes of installing this app.

My app is missing a lot of things like: the + icon in the upper right hand corner, the filter icon on the top right, the turn off notification, receiving or sending messages, the information to request another employee to fill in or any request at all, keeps wiping out my past schedule or future schedule is not available.

The last update is terrible. It doesn't let me view the available shifts. I've logged off and logged back in but it still doesn't seem to be refreshing. It just reads no shifts available but when I go online there clearly are shifts available. Please fix.

Had this app on old phone and it worked great downloaded newest version and the schedule is showing up blank and not showing any messages. I get the push message but when I go into app it doesn't show up.

It tells me there are new messages, but yet none of the messages load. You can't delete old messages.

Please fix the system updates. The message for system updates will not stay gone after you close it. The one for January 15 is still there and every time the app is opened even when u view the message and close it. It will come back then next time u log in

Like the app but having some problems i forgot my username and password so i used my phone number for verification to try to reset and it was supposed to send a message to my phone but i never received the message so i cant even reset and there is no sign up page just a log in page

This app never worked properly. It would tell me I have new messages..then just say downloading. I never actually received these messages.

I'm not a huge fan. I'm trying to view my schedule, and it skips weeks, so I have to hit the previous and then go forward, which is just obnoxious and tedious when I'm in a hurry.

I put in my login information that I use at work and it keeps telling me iy is incorrect

It makes Life so much easier knowing sudden changes in the schedule and being able to make request to your employer right in the palm of your hands!

Will not show me who i work with past a week and the 30 day schedule is out....

It does not show my days to work as orange on calender

I can never open messages, it is just continually loading, same with the schedule if you've already had the app open, you have to force close and restart onget anything to load

I don't always get messages. When I do get messages it takes forever to load. Some times they do not load at all. It also takes a while to load calendar at times. I do find the app useful when it works!

It needs faster loading..I have full bars and I try with my WiFi and still the same too slow.

This app is running so slow.

I like that it keeps up with my worm schedule but it don't load messages or available shifts

I've had more problems with this app than good. It worked for a while, then was messing up, worked again for a while, now I get an error message and the screen is black. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Update as of 12/13. In response to being told to update my version, there is nothing telling me to update the application, nowhere to click to update. It has now been over a week that this hasn't been working for me and this is how I make my schedule for work. Beyond frustrated now.

If I could sync my schedule to my calender, that would be great!!! Please update soon!

The app used to have a printer icon that allowed me to see the weekly schedule so I could see who else was working. One day I went on to take a look at the schedule and it wasn't there. That was the best feature of the app.

Since the last update my phone keeps saying bad gateway and i can't check the schedule

Does not log in on my phone. Just says that it is loading. Called customer service and they said they would have a tech call me but I never received a call. When I called again they said an update would fix the issue but it is still happening.

Doesn't work most of time.

I would give a higher rating. Though there seems to be a flaw. I log out of my onshift app for privacy, when I log back in it makes me create a new password every time. Not recognizing my previous PW. This creates privacy issues. Anyone could log on and view my information using a PW they created. This needs to be resolved.

It's ridiculous everything I try to use it it tells me to update and I click download because it gives me no other option and there is no new download I have to Uninstall and ready install just to use which uses data I really don't have to use on that stuff. It needs fixed I can't view ,you schedule any other way or communicate with my job any other way
