When the app is working it's great, but that's the trick- getting it to work.. It needs an update to adress the CONSTANT forcing closed. It crashes 50% of the time it's opened.

The app is wonderful. I like being able to manage everything on my own. Every single nanny I have had has been AMAZING. My first day was when my baby was 3 weeks old. I was so nervous. The nanny text me and sent me a pic every 30 minutes until I got home. We have a busy house with 3 older kids and a now 3 month old. My kids are off to the bus on time and every day I come home from work by baby is fed, clean and happy. The nannies are amazing and the peace of mind knowing my kids are being taken of by the best is priceless!

Didn't work

The service and employees are great. The app, however, needs work. It crashes constantly when trying to access the "Messages" portion of the app.

Bullet points -The sitter did not feed my 2 year old dinner and felt a banana and chips was an acceptable diner (when other food was provided) -2 year old's diaper was not changed before bed resulting in a wet bed and baby -I arranged to speak to the sitter about these problems and posted in my local mom group to share my poor experience -Manager Lisa called me and we spoke for 7 minutes and 11 seconds and the majority of the conversation was about my post--not her employee's neglectful behavior. This is not addressing the real issue at hand and the whole reason I posted on Facebook in the first place. She was very angry that I took to social media, accusing me of being immature and trying to ruin her business. Her business is a premier sponsor of the local group and pays $1,500 to have her business advertised and she felt I had no right to "rant" about it. She was upset I didn't post that she had worked very hard to provide a sitter within two hours yet posted about my negative experience.

I need it for work but it constantly gives me an error message when I open it. Needs improvement.

Easy way to manage your job.

The consistent sitter quality outweighs my usual inclination to not hire companies with terrible technology. The app crashes regularly upon opening. I hate the app; like the local managers, appreciate the care from the sitters. I write this note on 11/14/16. The app was last updated on 5/18/16. Every other app I use has regular & frequent updates. Of course, I reinstalled it. I regularly seriously consider cancelling the service, to get started on the year gap before hiring our favorite sitters privately.

Great app all around.love having everything on the Palm of my hand and having updated with all the info I need.only would like too be able to sync with Apple default calendar then it would be a 5 star app

This is really easy to use and a lot faster than having just the online site

Great app

It's nice see my schedule and timesheet at the touch of a button. However as a on call nanny I find the user interface to show availability a little clunky. Also I would love to be able to sync my Nanny calendar with my Google calendar. Fix this and I would definitely make it 5 stars.

I use the app to book care for my family and it's so easy. And I get very fast response time.
