Satvacart - Grocery Shopping

Used satvacart many time but i've never got my complete stuff delivered,many times i got product of different company which i have not even ordered. These guys dont even put rest of the money as satvacash if they have not delivered complete stuff.I mean it would be great if you guys can update your inventory.Never order from this site.They'll charge for all the products you've chosen but will never deliver same and complete list of material.

They need to have more stringent quality control, particularly on perishables. I had to throw away a packet of curd, 2 milk packets and all the spinach. But, again, I bought a lot of veggies and fruit and rest were OK. Their app needs to more responsive, and UI can be better like history of search items, not having to go back to the cart to see if an item is already added etc.

Awesome initiative but why do we have to log in each time. The user should be logged in at all times unless they choose to log out. Giving a star less for the same reason

I have tried a lot of grocery delivery app services in gurgaon but nothing comes even close to their quality, promptness and customer service. Hooked for life!

Good app, need to improve service to take full advantage. Stuff delivered late with 3 out of 23 items not available and 1 extra item not asked for given. Discount coupon not accepted in app. Veg were of good quality and fresh. They have to ensure focus on timely and full service .best wishes . use good quality printer for bill print ,its very poor.

Not all functions work. It keeps blaming users network for its own errors.

Please don't install this app. Its just a waste of data and time

I m a regular customer and earleir they never used to charge for shipping but now they started. Switching to other company or else u stop charging for shipping.

I had a great experience. Ordered veggies. Were very fresh, better quality as compared to the market and cheaper also. Would recommend at all. Order delivered as per the time preference set. App is easy to use. Can save items in cart also.

Easy to use app. I loved the saved cart feature where all your previous purchases are saved on its own and all the items can be purchased from the same page in just few mins

I had tried the service during my recent visit to Gurgaon. Going from US and being there for one month, all I really needed was some simplicity. At least in grocery i was able to order online while at work and choose a slot late night for them to deliver. I was impressed not just by the effectiveness of their service but especially by the quality of goods. On top of that they would intelligently remember what i had ordered through saved cart. The overall experience is hassle free.
