I am registered my rti on 19 of November 2017 and also paid fee of rti.next day after evening I called to help line no., they couldn't find my rti using application no. Then they said please mail us your invoice which payment you done.after I mailing invoice not a second a reply presented to me that we need 3 working days to file your rti after this I called again on help line no. 2 or 3 time,it was disconnected automatically, after this again that person who frist time attend my call said please provide your registration no. I told him,he said you mailed your invoice,I said yes,abhi Tak mere registration no. Se payment ka pata nahi chal raha Tha lekin invoice dekhi bhi nahi phir bhi time Bata Diya 3 working days.customer care 3 se 4 baar phone karne par to phone uthati hain kyon ki ek hi aadmi baat karta hai.preshano ki majburi ka fayda uthana hai.

Hello Everyone, This are totally waste of money and making people fool. Any tom dick and harry can file an RTI to any legal established company or university by looking into there website or calling the place. The RTI details and format is easily available on internet and dd of Rupees: 10 is mostly changed but sometimes it carry. Please guys don't be fool they leave lot of comments saying RTI is difficult or may create story's. Ask any educated person or lawyer RTI anyone can file. Its a act to get information. Worst plaform to file you rti queries. These guys don't even read what they are filling and then charge you 478 for one phone call from a lawyer, which if you miss they will not be bothered. They are as good as our government departments. Please beware.

I had got a call from your rti expert when I was busy In my office, but later on when I tried to call so many times I didn't got any response, kindly arrange some more call backs, so that we can speak properly and make a perfect Rti, apart from that everything is good.
