SBSTC - Online Reservation

Money has been debited from the account but the tickets was not recieved... Plz I will suggest everybody not to buy tickets through this app...

I have searched for Chittaranjan route bus which is exist from Esplanade. But this app doesn't show up that bus.

I'm not able to reset my password... forgot password option is not working not in app nor in web... please fix it I'm not able to book my ticket it's urgent

The conductor wants to see e- tickets but they don't send my ticket in my emails....strange

At app menu there are 2 logout option and can't check past booking and also can't cancel your booking. Developers plz take necessary action

Extremely buggy and confusing. Most of the options provided in the app doesn't work.

After booking and the payment option is done den also the tickets are not booked.. pathetic site for reservation

First learn software development and then make a software.

Money got deducted ,no confirmation.Yet to get a refund after 12 hrs.App should also have option to complain to SBSTC authority in case of Poor conductor behavior.

Worthless services.. most of stuffs (specially ticket counters, conductors & drivers) are to much rude with passengers..Their attitude they are providing services with no cost..management would take necessary steps about this, don't think so as these has been reported several times but no actions has been ensured.. :(

The worst app I have ever used. Please check once whether it is working properly or not to launch any app in future.

Money deducted but no ticket confirmation. Is it some kind of a joke or wat?

Location is spelled LOCTION ,LOGOUT button comes twice after login, still lotz of area to improve.

Could not pay online...always showing session expiered. Lots of bugs..should be fixed immediately.

I have tried to book a ticket but it's showing payment is processed and 165 rupees deducted from my account.My booking is not confirmed.Please let me know when I can expect refund?

After booking, not able to download the pdf version of the ticket from the link appearing right after the payment has made. This need to be resolved as soon as possible, because due to this issue we are getting only the text message as a reference of our booking, not the actual ticket !!!

No mail came even after book.. this is a general functionality each and every app have. A confirmation mail is fired by the system making a pdf of the ticket booked. This should be implemented.

Really? Fotgot password? Can't even check the spellings before releasing it? Anyway the fotgot password link does not work both in app and in browser.. So here goes your one star...

Can't search busses without signup, moreover what is 'fotgot password' and it doesn't work at all!!

This is a useless app..Not showing properly like arrival time, A.M/P.M time format not mention in booking time.. Please working on it and use friendly for every passenger..

I booked my ticket from Asansol to karunamoye, money was debited,but ticket was not confirm,,,,west my rs 660.. What is the prosidior to get back my money??,,plz new user don't use the app.

Needs lots of improvements. Many roots are even not available for online booking. I was trying asansol - karunamoye root but online booking unavailable. Please update.

I had downloaded this app and booked 02 tickets. After that full amount of ticket + Rs.20 as "Service Charge" has been debited from my account but still I have not got the ticket. Even the debited amount aslo not been refunded to me. So friends, plz DO NOT TRUST THIS APP AT ALL. Do Not Download This App.

Good effort. Need three enhancement. 1. Need a reverse button in main query page - to reverse source and destination. 2. In booking page where 'Reservation Upto' present, the field 'Reservation Upto' should come later of 'Reservation From'. 3. In the same page, field orientation could be made better (look and feel).

For searching buses from Durgapur to Bankura , Bankura is not found but the reverse is true i.e. from Bankura to Durgapur bound buses are found. Might be some technical error.

Please educate the conductors. I have the bus ticket in SMS , and showed the same to the bus conductor with an ID proof but the illiterate conductor denied to see. He wanted a print out. How can I bring the same in bus. I had to again buy a ticket. Go green initiatives are bullshit for those illiterate people serving SBSTC.

Balance deducted from account. No contact info in apps, ticket not confirmed... Don't waste your time and valuable data.... Go and stand to que..... There is no option to give 0 star....

Very poor app, money got deducted but not received the ticket in my registered mail I'd or phone number.... full waste of time & money.. strongly hated this app

This app is worst for booking. I was booking a seat from Durgapur to Karunamoyee, they cut money from my credit card but then nothing happen no redirection i wait for 20 minutes.In mean time i manage to access form my laptop and again check the availability there shows seat available which i choose from this app. I hate this type of app. Please don't book tickets from here. USE ONLY FOR CHECKING SEAT AVAILABILITY. ALWAYS BOOK FROM WEBSITE OR TICKET COUNTER.

If you book e-tickets your family and in case not carry and mistake id proof and long distance you go then may be harassment to you from sbstc conductor.

Bank transactions is completed but not received any confirmation and my money has been wasted.. Shame on the government website and app.

Jst deducted my balance from my acc and still the seats are not booked!. I want my money back rght now!

I have booked a ticket to korunamoyee from BWN...the required fare was debited from my account but I didn't get any confirmation SMS from sbstc official even after waiting about 1hr..... And even when i checked, it was showing the seat was not booked....I don't know whether I'll get confirmation SMS or if its get cancelled I'll get the money or not.. You guys are just sleeping after making the app named as SBSTC OFFICIAL....

This app is worst. I was booking a bus from Durgapur to Kolkata, they cut money from my account but then said connection failed. I hate this. Please don't book tickets from here. You are gonna regret it because I think there is not any refund policy... Arghhh

It shows that payment is being processed the amount is cut but no ticket. Even no refund is given till now.

I forgot my password BT when I click on forgot password it not not responded...... When I finally got those all its not work, also getting an error massege.on that same time I used 3 more app all are working BT it's not...
