This app has been running much more smoothly since the last update. When I sign on my phone doesn't instantly bog down. Everything else seems to be smooth too

Have been using this app for the last 8 months and in the last month and half, it's been locking up or freezing the phone. The response on the phone is annoying beyond belief. My phone is S6 and have no problem since I had for the phone for 2 years. But lately the updates have slowed the phone to a crawl or stop.. You need to reverse your fixes to how it was 2 months back.

Love this app. I run deliveries for a flower shop and it makes our days go so much smoother. Quick customer support also!

The app is completely horrible. It pops up every 5 minutes saying the app is not responding and needs to be restart. Also the tracking is not working properly as i always have different locations than the dispatchers. For your information, I am using Android 7.1.1

App eat at my battery even when I'm not on duty. I need to FORCE CLOSE it every time I'm done using it so it doesn't drain my battery. Why would it drain battery in the background when its not even on?? Fix this thing.

Newest update causes it to lose connection A LOT!!! It keeps telling me to restart the app every 30 seconds, it is quite frustrating. If it weren't required to use with my job, I'd delete the app for sure!!

Wish I could give this 0 stars. Horrible app that does not do what it claims to do. Customer support claims to be always working on it. Nothing really changed in 3 months. They replaced one buggy app with another.

Just updated last night so today will test how will it work during delivery. And just want to know what do the Battery Saving Mode for? Will it affects the apps during delivery? Thanks and good job all.

Many times in field it crashes, can't find my location although downtown and beeps with orders but doesn't show and have to restart. Company many times get frustrated with my situation and makes me look like a slacker.

Amazing idea but guys the app is garbage it crashes for no reason, so far there are probably couple thousand users and this is what you guys are going through just imagine if millions started using this app, then i guess it wont even exist since no one can fix the bugs in this damn app, making an app is not only about some coding and knowledge of different languages but being able to plan, looking for problems before they start. U guys need a team that can do some thinking before jumping into conclusion.

As a member of a company with hundreds of couriers dependant on the app on a daily basis, the experience has been anything but encouraging. The app crashes often and fails to start at times, drains battery like crazy and, as of the recent update, estimates every single delivery time wrong by assuming impossibly short delivery times. I'm hoping at least some of those issues get fixed ASAP, since many companies depend on the app.

This is a good start! The app is simple to use and decently efficient, but there's still quite a few bugs that need to be worked out. Some of the bugs are: sometimes I get an alert for a task that isn't there until I restart the app; when my screen is off more than a few minutes (app still running) I get an alert that it can't send my location to dispatch; when I open a task it initially displays the address as Pawnee Rd in Nebraska (I'm in SoCal). I hope this helps. For now it's a great start.

This app caused me so much grief when I was working. It constantly kept reloading and pausing. It caused me to lose time while I was trying to service my customers. It was very frustrating.

The app pings my phone with a notification sound every couple of minutes and it's driving me insane.

Constantly crashes. Drains my battery like no other app. Kicks me off frequently.

Completely unreliable, service cuts out in 5 bar 4g areas And sometimes it gives you the wrong address

Works fine in some areas, in some areas not. Phone is vibrating and sounding when I'm on duty even if I don't have a new task. I suspect that the app gives a notification every time any of your coworkers are getting a task even if it's not for you.

When the app is on the background is not reporting my position. I have to restart the app to work. Edit : Now I got an answer on my issue you can easily get 5 stars :-)

Constant connection issues. ,,my I. T. Dept blames my outdated Galaxy S6.

I've been using the app for 6 months. All the original problems I was having before are now fixed. It's easy to use but could have many additional features added to it like how long all the total deliveries will take and so forth.

It would be nice to at the end of the shift/day to know the number of successful deliveries. As it is there's no way for the driver to know how many successful delivery he/she has made. I'm sure you can add such feature to the app.

This app takes too much battery, try fix that and its perfect.
