1World Online for Android
A very interesting little application and a very clever idea. For our voting pleasure this application offers polls that are supported by two opposite "expert" opinions. But more importantly - opinions themselves are supported by something they call "data points" - quick links to actual data sources. I love this feature - it is really informative and I'm the kinda guy who likes to make my own decisions, based on actual facts. To make it short - I like this app a lot. It is informative and (yes) entertaining. Now, the bad stuff. The interface can be a little confusing here. It turns out that you can vote on the poll and SEPARATELY on whether you like and/or agree with each expert opinion. It confused me for a bit. If I agree with the expert opinion - doesn't it mean that I automatically vote for his side? It turns out - no! You can love or hate the experts and than make an independent vote on the poll itself. Pie charts are kind of generic and not very useful yet -not enough voters I guess. But I'm just nitpicking here. Overall - a great first effort. I give it 4 stars because it confused me for a while and I don't like to be confused. But very promising otherwise. Give it a try.
I especially love the DataPoints!
