One Way Cab

Vwry unprofessional driver. Dis nit enter the OTP inspite of reqests. Had no monwy for the tolls . The cab broke down in rhe muddle of the highway and i was stranded. Had to requesr a friend to cime there to fetch me. Insisted on dull payment. Will not use this company again.

It's a fraud app... booked cab 2 days in advance....consulted customer care one day before if the booking is confirmed and they said that the cab will come on time and driver details will be shared before 2 hours of ride...and you can't guess what happened...just before 2 hours of my ride I received a call from customer care stating that cabs are not available so please cancel the ride...wasted my planned travel...never ever use this app...

The idea is excellent and the customer care is amazing! However the drivers need to be trained a little better as they try to ask for money above the pre-decided amount. But thumbs up for the app though!

Just don't bother. They already gave a bad vibe with their horrible English, their "confirmation" with a single email listing a fare I have no idea how they calculated

The worst app of the year goes to one way cab. Uber is better than it uber has good service than it. Also the fare price is lower in uber.

Today I booked a car hatchback and we got sedan, {it happens always} .on seeing 2 big medium size bags and two hand bags, driver refused that booking is for hatchback and I have more baggage. He called one way office and I got same reply. office person said I should know while booking hatchback but I told him that no where in the app it is mentioned about baggage,but still the office person was adamant and very arrogant as if they have monopolistic approach. In entire episode, my father (71yrs) who actually had to travel with my mother(68 yrs ) and both are patients of blood pressure and sugar, took the luggage out of boot and decided to go by Another service provider. Painful experience, I think that's the modus operendi, to send sedan when asked for hatchback and then create ruckus with luggage to earn more money. Painful experience. The drivers drive at very slow speeds.. their aim is to save petrol, not to reach you in time.

As most of the Reviews go . Unreliable service . My first booking on this app from Kanpur to Allahabad pickup time 5am and driver was more than 30 mins late ! The Tracking of driver feature is very very primitive and misleading . Infact 5 mins before pickup time my call to driver was literally his wake up call ! Since i didnt miss any flight or meetings so it was oki , but do not depend on onewaycab if u have an imp schedule to catch up. The 24/7 customer care chose to take an off on Sundays/ holidays and ur call is diverted to some other no and that is also not answered ! So basically u r without support at odd hours / sundays

It is one of the best apps. The services is one of the best i have seen amongst all cab services. The drivers are safe, friendly and always on time. The cheap prices along with it make your app a perfect package. Continue with the good work. :)

Most pathetic service ever.. they charge 400 rs extra to do pick up from Undri Pune ..have you lost it..charge more in basic price if its not sustainable for you...But don't give these lame excuses to charge more

One way app is very convenient to use. I used this service many times and till now no problem encountered.even the customer service is very quick and helpful. No hidden charges. And till now it's always on time.
