Terrible...could not get past login. Took many tries during registration for message regarding password requirements to appear. Then during login it just kept displaying message that could not match. Input information was correct.

Too bad the app was rolled out unfinished. It crashes if you need to make a call. Meaning you need to restart Any conversation you are having within the app.

Seriously poor implementation, I dismiss notification for weeks and when I decide to click on one I found all of them waiting for me in a form of pop ups with an OK button, tons of them! Chat is as bad as it gets, I get HTML code instead of the visual lol.

I have an existing ID but the app is asking only the email. When i enter the email, it is prompting an invalid entry. Please help

If I was having serious issues, I would give up on this immediately. The app is not user friendly and you have to learn how to navigate. Nothing is intuitive and registration is frustrating. I still don't know what use this can be if you have to decrypt the options available to you.

My services page is empty, it has a number of error when looking for counselor, inserting employer name etc. Need to be tested and fixed. Could be a great handy tool otherwise.

Can never log in and the app gives constant notifications telling me it's available for me. Unless you have something that specifically needs to be brought to my attention, don't use a notification. They are not for advertising.

When in Chat, I was waiting for a response from the counsellor and the whole app restarted, with no timeout warning. IDK if she's going to complete the transaction or not. I understand wanting to preserve a level of privacy but there should be a warning prior.

Almost every interaction I've had with this app has been disappointing, unfortunately. Mobile access to these services is so useful in theory but this app makes me prefer the pc experience completely. App should be completely overhauled to focus on user experience, which is unnecessarily poor I assure you. Mobile services are too hard to access and seem disconnected from the mobile app; E-counselling module should be re worked to make it easier to input text (timing out when someone is composing text!)
