Very very unhappy. Useless tick box support. No money back, runaround. Desktop vpn says hidden but is infact open to the world to see. Make sure you cancel within 2 days to get a Google forced refund. I paid upfront for a year and that is....very depressing.

I like the interface and when I tested it, it worked great. It seems like when I really want to use it in non-secure locations, it just sits there connecting forever. I'll up my rating if it starts connecting reliably.

It's a bit overburden, but does what it should.

Been a customer for 2 years. I use it on the phone, computer and other devices. For me it performs as stated.

on my pc. Works great. But for some reason it is not getting installed on my samsung A7 android version 4.4.4

Absolute rubbish signed up went to connect says authentication error to VPN server logged out then went to log back in says invalid user name and password

App worked fine but since the Android update, I can't connect anymore. Customer Service says to delete and reinstall. I did. Still doesn't work. Help!

It gets stuck at "resolving host names." Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work.

It says designed for phones but it works on WiFi enabled devices. UI is user friendly. It allows me to select any server with ease.

Only gripe is that it seems to only support ppp vpn. I'd prefer openvpn or sstp.

Was working perfectly now I cannot connect to the server sounds like the app has leaks and the carriers can blacklist this app too bad it was great for the one day it worked

Simple GUI lets you Tap a Global VPN and go. However there are conflicting screens. Map screen says secured & connected, List screen says no go. Then vice-versa & when I check my IP I'm still at home. Used another VPN app and its all GO. So this may need some bugs worked put still. SM-T800 5.0.2,.... Galaxy Tab 10.5.

Is it only me who has this issue? It started a few days ago - I cannot connect to any boxpn VPN server using this app. Once I chose to connect it immediately pops up a message with an error. At the same time I can use system VPN easily. I guess something has changed in Android internals that breaks the thing.

So easy to chose from a range of servers around the world. And their tech guys are very quick with online help 24/7...
