MyTravelApp Prepaid Calling

Now ,how come I didn't read the feedbacks and I just walked into this mess. Paid for it and to my greatest shock,I couldn't send messages from it. I wouldn't have minded this. Now,I find the number that appears a local Nigerian number instead of the so called assigned US line. I dial and someone picks from Nigeria with same local number . How many people will I have to apologise to ?I dont get it. Sadly I'll delete and kiss my money goodbye. I hate not checking the reviews first .

Avoid at all costs. Goes online and offline at will and is never online when you need it. Cuts off calls after a few seconds if you are even lucky enough to connect in the first instance. Messages go nowhere and the help information comes up as unobtainable when you try to seek help. Terrible. Awful. Useless

Terrible app. it's says in the description "No internet, no problem" Yet it doesn't work without Internet at all. It also charges you before you can even decide for yourself if you want to keep it or not.

How is this app free I got charged £1.49 to install the app. It won't let me add funds outside of the UK. What a waste of money. Useless

Well that was money out of the window! I thought it sounded like a great app. Sadly it doesn't work and crashed constantly. Beware and keep away from this app.

Clarity Is not good even with strong WiFi..

calling rates are too high. poor performance. no refund. while most of the other app give free calling to usa this app charges 4 cents india calling costs 22 cents where as other apps charges around 4 cents.

This app is very bab. No good, no good. He doesnt work with wifi, with data with nothing. Always force closed. I need my money back please.

Don't install ... unless u want to write emails all the time to be unlocked. When service dont work, there's no refunds and u r quickly told to read terms and conditions. That the company itself breaks when things favour them.

Install the App, and all I want to say is that the performance is very poor. The call has very poor connection. and most of the time the App don't even worked.

It sucks..not working on nexus 5

Does not work. Try to call across Europe and returns phone to home screen. Experia z3. No excuses for being useless

With nexus 4 the app is unable to make any call. Not sure whether other handsets are also having the same problem. Once the number is dialed and trying to make a call, the app gets minimized.

When I make a call to an other user from the toll free number it cost 25 cents.

But please fixe the problem with sms all come in n out empty :(

Living near the border I cross everyday to mexico and this app has saved me a lot of money! The rates are cheap and the service works great!

Can't make call keep stop and pop-up

Speech quality and -delay making international calls is even better than national cell phone net. Cheap costs. Had a login problem for one day, but support was prompt and nice.

I tried on wifi 4g network still quality is not ok. Not allow me to login in app or website no reply on password reset still got credit in account.

Stay installing all the time

Despite I have still credit, I'm not able to sign in anymore, when I insert my PIN number. I get an alert did not valid. Sent an e-mail reporting the problem but no answer at all.

At begining you must topup... after topup you cant register... Much love with lost topup amount.

Why would you ask for $2 to signup

The most useless app on Android. U waste time and money both. Skype is much better and cheaper way than this. 1.Poorest call quality. You can never be heard on other side. 2. Exorbitant rates 3. Crashes every time you use

I have and obvious connection to the Internet. Yet this application will only connect when it feels like it. It is very frustrating attempting to contact family and then the app does not work. The company needs to fix this and have a number to technical support.

I got rewarded by refering my friends.

First off the developer doesn't give what the rates are and requires you to pay $2 up front to "try" the app. They raised my rates after buying more credit so that I was being charged over $2.50 for less than 30 minutes. I emailed BBG about this and got a run around for about a week. They told me the rates to call the US were 4¢ a minute.... Which was a lie. More like 12¢. Then they decided to credit me $10 which was no help because they deactivated my account as soon as I got the credit.

After watching video realized free roam-free calls on US phone number.

Just installed in my device, it's amazing and the best prepaid travel app I ever had.

Try to make calls but it just attempts to use my cellular network and says offline at the top in when i have wifi, wasted ten dollars on a prepaid card which i cant use!
