Please dont use this app.. the company service is pathetic. They dont know how to treat customers. If by any chance your phone is locked and you dont remeber the passqord. You wont bw able to unlock your phone as they cannot generate the password. They are sick people totally . Really a sick company with sick staff

Purchased Insurance yesterday and now unable to install the mobile security application

"THE BIGGEST FRAUD COMPANY EVER".....NEVER GIVE YOUR PHONE WITH ONE ASSIST ,THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL CHEATERS,ALL OF MY PHONE DATA IS DELETED WHEN I RECIEVED PHONE AFTER SERVICE..I ALREADY ASKED CUSTOMER CARE IS IT NEED TO BACK UP ,THEY TOLD "NO NEED OF THAT BCZ YOUR MOBILE HAVE JUST A DISPLAY PROBLEM, AND NOT ANY INTERNAL ISSUE,SO WE WILL NOT TAKE YOUR DATA" .. ALL OF MY PRECIOUS PHOTOS,CONTACTS,MESSAGES,VIDEOS ALL LOST, CHEATERS ....CHEATERS..."

Where do I get the product key. I have already purchased the Mi Protect with my phone?

The application isn't working in latest phones it gets downloaded and crashes as soon we open it. Not at all worth it

I jst format my phone... And i call to customers care from 2week for Re-installing the the app..bt they dont send the link....vry vry vry poor service...

This company doesn't know the meaning of service & the worst support ever till now. Not a single resolution is given after multiple calls. Not even the escalation managers can give a resolution to the customer for 3 months still the issue is like that and the great thing is that they don't know the reason behind the delay.

The the UK and the other hand if you have to be the same time I had to work in progress and I you are not responsible for delivering this message will have to pay for your business to business of the day and night stay in a couple

I Dr.Nithin Kapoor..my mobile got screen damaged..and i called the one assist...they immediately tuk action very fast..actually even i delayed to respond dem..but dey r very much into work..and juz today only i got my mobile bak..its completly new look and dey handled very nicely and the best insurance company ever...the whole process tuk in juz 14days...but best service..i would like to prefer everyone one assist service and if any help for it u can contact by above email address...best the bestest ever

This app is not downloading from last 3 days m Tring 2 download. Dnt know kitni heavy app hai. Jb bhi opn krta hu installing show Krta hai. BT abhi tak download nahi hui
