Videocon d2h Recharge for Android
Executive says we will not provide service until u pay 200 rs and we will not give receipt for the same. If u want our help take it or change ur provider. This is what the solution they have. Put a comolaint on 16th dec and no service till now.
The managers at support center laugh at customers. Ridiculous customer service. I am sure will not let this happen to other customers. I will post on all forums of the poor support and rude behaviour from customer support.
One of the worst service provider i have ever seen in my life. They don't care about customer and they don't even think about providing services to customer. Worst response or no response for customer queries. If your planning to purchase don't even think of this.
I had experience worst service from Videocon instead of this we have other d2h connection, those are far more better than Videocon. If you don't want to be in trouble avoid Videocon d2h.
I m really surprised by their promotion of pollution free signal. Their signal is very poor. Picture breaks. Their after sales service is even poorest. I suggest people to dont go for this product. Only one more month. I m not going to recharge n get it uninstalled.
worst service ever seen in my life. don't go for Videon because they will treat Customer very cheaply . I my case My Tv burned due to Mirror connection normally i don't know what is mirror connection but when I asked Videocon Customer care my requirement then they advised me mirror connection but they have cheated because due to their Mirror connection setup on Tv leakage voltage burned Other Tv due to cheap circuit they used. when I went to separate mirror till nor from August 8 to August 16 now developm
bakwas app not correct show is definate price on definate pack over due date faltu not recharge in paytm anyone.. 15 Apr recharge d2h 855 for 3 month 4 days.. but his recgarge after shown expiry due on 15 jun 2017 his only 2 month but app offer is 3 months free 4 days but i will not get. please do not recharge on paytm throw d2H bakwas service d2h not excepting for videocon d2h
Worst d2h service. I have HD setup box RF remote which stops working in 1-2 months. So again and again i have to buy new remote. It's worst
Your website is dead slow , and your peoples calling regularly regarding recharge , you are disturb more . I think better to switch over some other .but your movie clarity is very good. Remote system is very good. Stop to disturb customer .
I want to recharge from malaysia..anyone can assist? I called and emailed d2h...but not helpful.
Very bad and worst d2h service I gave complient about re-location that is also only fixing they r taking 450Rs. And already it's 48hrs now no response from customer care dear customers pls don't take videocon d2h please buy airtel very good response from customer care with in 2hrs they solve the problem very less cost compare tho this
App does not give full access, it does not allow me to change my channel plan. What rubbish... Total waste.
With every login it says incorrect login. Have to keep generating new password for every recharge. Also, while switching between Apps it completely gets refreshed and back to home page. Have to start all over again.
Worst DTH I have ever seen. EVERY TIME it says No singles are Found even when there are no Clouds and Rains.And Worst Customer Care service response.And the customer service always demand Service chargers..worst remote with no warranty.Changed 3 remotes since 6 months and Again I Have To Pay Service charges...worst worst worst !! I have Platinum pack Yet unsatisfied !
App does not work properly and the staff are even worse. It's better to pay extra but choose a reliable service. No wonder Videocon is struggling.
Really annoying, not having the option for net banking. Would really help if it was there.
Worst app and worst service of videocon recharged twice but not reflected took 36 hours to process and failed finally .. I always need to talk to customer service when ever I recharge even if I keep my set of box in standby mode while recharge. .

Can't change your plans. Can't explore other plans. Can't pay through any card or wallet other than PayTM, that too without any discount. What's the use? I am straightway uninstalling it.
After sales service is very poor in customer support they hardly understand English when mail is sent they reply but it doesn't relate to my query at all. . .
Hang too often. Test your patience badly. Even booking on irctc with internet Explorer and 2G network is much easier n faster
I am enjoying the Videocon d2h services for the past 3 years and it is working well. When I want to recharge, I use paytm d2h app, which is easy & dependable.The quality of the channels is quite good.
Worst service and you would have theft money from people rather than giving service.No service for last 2days and not sending technician and very keen in disconnecting.
I wish i could rate 0 star. Its been more than a week n you ppl cudnt send an engineer to my place. You provide SLAs of 24hrs and then another SLA to cover it and it continues. Its the 7days today and m still looking for a resolution

If you are planning for a dth connection, don't even consider videocon in your dreams !! Even the free dth is better than this. Going for this d2h is not only a loss to you but also will spam your mails and phones for the rest of your life !!
I am not able to login at all. In this app neither with my Cust Id nor with my phone number. It keep pops up error that some thing went wrong
This app is an utter failure. Does not work or login, so no need to download and waste time.
No payment mode other than Paytm. Videocon co jitni gali do kam hai. Non sense videocon
When tapped on view all, shows ny current plan. Minimum recharge 3 months.. lot to improve.

The worst service i have ever come accross. To deinstall and re install you guys are taking bloody 72 hrs. And the supervisors are totally hopeless. They cant even resolve a simple issue. The field engineers are rude and dont even turn up after calling them multiple times. Very bad services. Dont go for d2h. Should try some other options. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE . D2H YOU SUCK TO THE CORE.
