This company doesn't care much about customer service. Some cabbies are alright but some have charged me tax which I know now it's completely wrong (never pay it if they charge tax!) I booked one taxi 2 hours ahead of time so they would be ready when I was. I waited two hours after pickup time and called the company twice. Finally I have up and called yellow cab. If you do use this company don't call their customer service is absolutely atrocious! The girls that work there are not nice and hang up on you.

Booked my cab through app..cab was clean, driver was very courteous, in fact, they sent a very roomy van for the same price as a regular cab....

Successfully dispatched driver who called me before arriving. No payment input method offered. Driver failed to receive destination data from app. Lack of data propagation resulted in having to verbally give trip details regarding the person I was arranging travel for. Driver greeted my party warmly and by name . Driver had to take destination address and input it into his GPS manually. Data submitted twice (once to the app and again with my party in the car.) The driver was courteous, professional and provided excellent service. At the end, driver had to manually run payment transaction. If the app functioned, it would have stream-lined the process allowing the driver and customer a far superior experience. I recommend removing 18804mytaxi from store until functional. 1004mytaxi= uninstall.

Just to get in the taxi and 1.90 every 1/4 mile taxis suck

Older app had issues. This new build fixed bugs and I can now give 4.75 stars, so make it 5. Not only do I skip being on hold now, I can watch the taxi approach most of the time. Easier to use than any other ride share app. Mostly impressed with having 300 cabs available

Use this over the past year. Wasn't perfect with earlier releases but now it's almost bug free. I like the ability to still pay cash or credit after the ride. I used a ride share app until I was double billed twice. I'm happy sticking with taxicabs. Service isn't that bad and response times are better

Finally a way to get a local taxi in orange county. Works very fast without needing ny credit card info

Use this for cabs to and from bars. I can skip making a call and using this effortlessly, almost automatically.

Taxis finally show up on time with this app. Just dont miss the call when they get there. Best peace of mind to have on your phone. Love that they have over 250 taxis

Yellow Cab in five. Neg review if I did rate it. He showed up quicker than that. I Waited over an hour. This is why Yellow gets marks. They have lied also

Company never got it. BS. Edit..Moved up a couple of notches. Only complaint now is that when cab is assigned it doesn't show where he's at. It gets stuck on the world for location.

I love using an app local to orange county. Previously have used apps in Houston and this app from 800mytaxi has been the most fabulous The issues have been corrected and it works fine with the latest update !!

First off, I have better things to do than volunteer to beta test your software- only reason I'm even writing this review is because your app was so irritating. Despite the bad reviews I installed it anyway (because 18004mytaxi is actually a good cab co.). It installs fine, but fails immediately after entering your personal info- phone number email address etc. (that's convenient right? *sarcasm). The error it gives is "can't connect to server." It gives you the option to skip the step, when you do, it goes to the next screen and freezes. Again, it's a pretty great idea, just not ready for release. I'll be uninstalling. T-Mobile: Samsung Galaxy SII p.s. and screw you Google for making me associate ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING with a Google+ account (even to leave this feedback). Maybe I don't want them to know who I am; idiots! Now I get to go create a fake Google+ account to protect my privacy. Great thinking Google.

Use 8004mytaxi all the time. The application isnt perfect but the service works?

Never showed, missed my flight. Said they tried to call me to confirm but there were no missed calls, and doesn't the app confirm... Isn't that kind of the point?

Bad and laggy interface. Orders don't go through 50% of the time.

Accidentally put in the call twice. Taxi company called me to find out if I needed 2 cabs. Did not. They canceled one for me. Seemed to work.

Happened to me twice, from different locations. Drivers call to find out the destination, promise to 'be there soon.' Then never arrive. I've waited 40 mins, called drivers back a second time and got lame excuses. I've even called the dispatch center who sent a second car, which also did not arrive as promised. Given up using this company. A few bad drivers probably let them down.

Easy to use. Once my trip was matched with a taxi I was able to see the driver make his way to me. Never have to worry if the cab is going to show or not.

Booked a cab on my phone and fast ...without ever speaking to an operator. The cab was clean and the driver was courteous. A must have if you use taxis frequently!!!

App didn't register my order and never came to pick me up
