About Punch Clock
Punch Clock is essential to anyone needing to track billable time for 1 or more projects. Perfect for Consultants, Independent Contractors, Lawyers, Web Designers, etc. Create multiple projects, define hourly or daily rates with optional overtime or discounting, and generate specific reports which can then easily be emailed directly from your phone.
Projects can be defined and organized any way you wish. Projects can be clients, employees or sub-projects for the same client. Organize them by the month, week or however you wish to name them.
Get started by defining the parameters of your project. One Default Project is already created. If you don't need to create more than one, you can opt to use this one as is, or just rename it. After you have defined the Rate and Rate Type, etc., Punch In and Punch Out on the main screen to keep track of time worked. Then, when ready to create an invoice, Generate a Report and choose to email it to yourself or the client in a choice of either plain text, HTML formatted text or as a (.csv) Comma Separated Values file that can be opened by your favorite Spreadsheet program.

I have been using this app for over 2 years now and I also have all my employees at the shop use this app so that I may be able to track their times for my weekly reports to the boss. I would highly recommend it. Unfortunately though since Lollipop update, it seems that I/we can no longer generate reports. Hoping for an update in the near future! UPDATED: Thank you for the update to the app. Works perfect with Lollipop now and interface is much easier to use.

Purchased it and all. It just stopped working one day. Was an excellent addition to my small business. I could keep track of multiple projects, and email time to my file system. I reinstalled a few times and could never get it to work again. Don't remember the permissions. Would be a 5/5 if it worked again. (Samsung Note)

I cant get it to calculate the overtime on the generated report. The rate of pay has been entered and the after 40 has been entered. But still does not show up.

I am upgrading to 4 stars, it seems to be working correctly after removing it and reinstalling. It does keep the time clock for ONE person, even for various jobs, that I like. Giving it 4 stars, if they add a way for employees to log in with a PIN to punch in and out, on my tablet, then it will get 5 only because 10 stars are not available.

Great app would love to see a combined option in generate report so i can track time periods of muiltiple jobs at once.

Receiving HTML forms in gmail can't ever seem to find or read them :( also do wish it was easier to edit missed or early punches. But Amazing!

Works as advertised, but the ability to manually add punches would make it much better. Fixing missed punches is a little bit of a hassle.

This is the best time clock app available! I use it on my android and my Kindle and it is awesome. I like it because I can switch jobs very easily where the other free punch clock apps it is not possible or is complicated.
