Recoding video in Portrait mode happens more often then you'd like. Why not have a reminder?

I forget to tip my phone all the time, and this app will open up and remind you to rotate, then when you do, it'll automatically open the video camera.

This app DOES NOT record video or do anything beyond reminding you and opening the default video recording app.
