I was able pair my LG G4 smartphone with this app and my Omron BP 786n I was able to download my blood pressure readings. I would recommend the app builders to offer more flexibility on the functionalities. One disappointment is that this doesn't allow downloading data for User-2. Overall I am satisfied with this app. I would also like to see better charting options inside the app and on Omron website. Please give the option of viewing systolic, diastolic and pulse on the chart by themselves.

Only had 1 issue, I posted it here, and dang it if Omron didn't take care of it, I CAN NOW ADD NOTES! Yay and THANKS for listening Omron :) Tried to email stats/readings to myself... sends email but without the NOTES PLEASE ADD THE NOTES TO THE EMAIL :) ALSO: PLEASE ADD A WEIGHT FIELD... would be awesome to be able to add weight and see this in a graph. Other apps do this... would be an easy addition for the developer... THANKS

Tried two different BP monitors on three different Android devices, all purchased relatively recently and work completely fine with other Bluetooth devices, such as Garmin's Vivofit line. This just refuses to work, and after reading other reviews, I've got zero hope for a fix. Good thing I tested this immediately. I guess I have to return both BP monitors, in hopes that there's another, more competent brand out there.

The process of pairing to my smart phone was fairly straightforward and standard. Followed the directions to pair and only had one bit of trouble. The pairing notification did not pop up like I'd expect. I have other devices with which this sometimes happens so I know to check my notifications bar. Swiped down and there it was. Tap on it it and it paired right up. All the features work as promised, awesome! Will update this review of that changes.

Everything works great. Bluetooth transfers readings from Series 10 BP786N blood pressure monitor to my Galaxy Note 5 perfect. I did notice that the model # BP786N is a new model introduced in 2016, compared to model BP786 introduced in 2014. The app will send an email with the selected readings attached as a .csv file. This file type is easily opened in Excel or other similar spreadsheet software. Readings uploaded to my Omron account includes notes that I added to the readings via my phone. These notes are not included in the .csv that is attachef to emails however. Im note sure why this app is rated so badly. I guess maybe the app was updated recently and is working for me flawlessly. It could also be the hardware not wanting to sync with the app too. Seeing as I have the 2016 model and not the 2014 model.

Despite it's terrible rating and scathing reviews I thought I would try it. Crappiness confirmed. If they even let you try it first to see if it worked with your phone it would be worth 1 star but no. They make you create an account, start sending newsletters to which you must opt out. Of course it must work for some people. Good luck.

The reason I bought this was able to sync with phone to show to my doctor. The app is broken for over a year, piece of crap company who did nothing but lied and ditched support after constantly lying that they will not discontinue the product. They not only dropped support and discontinue the product right at year mark, so they don't have to reimburse during lawsuit. Will never recommend this trash to anyone. I'd rate 0 star if I can. I wasted my money that I had purchased bp786n from Amazon. I will return it and says to everyone else not buying these omron fraud devices. Please update your app or remove this app from Google play. It's not working on my moto x pure edition on near stock Android 6 . What a shame from this brand!

First 3 days it transferred data to my phone with no problems. 4th day it tells me it is unable to sync and has completely deleted the last 3 days of data. However, The information was transferred to the Omron Wellness website but has also added yesterday's BP measurement as a manual entry for today in addition to today's automatic reading. Very frustrating. The help menu is useless for the app and online..

Tried and tried to make this work. Uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted, dropped power, all with no success. Emailed Omron and received a phone number to call. Called and then repeated all of the steps above while speaking with the service representative. Still would not work. She suggested I return the unit (brand new) to them for troubleshooting. Think I will return to the store where purchased, get a refund, buy another unit from a different manufacturer.

The notation function is poor and can't edit or delete notes. If the ability to add, edit and delete detailed notes in the time line was added and then have the notes show up in graphs and reports.....the app would be much more functional. Now I still have to keep BP related notes elsewhere. Which is stupid since this is supposed to be a BP log app... Please fix!!

It would be different if was just an app, but this is an integral part of the system. Holding my info hostage. Absolute junk you must create an account to use. I don't want an account I just want to download my data and use it. You must agree to them sending you emails and other types of stuff in order to use the application for the device you paid for, what a bunch of garbage. I'll be sending mine back & getting a refund. I will replace with a device that just takes my bp and manually log into Excel.

I have a LG G4 phone and have successfully transferred readings to it *sometimes*. It seems to not want to send the latest reading. Some times it sends a reading but shows the wrong time. It doesnt reconnect a pairing automatically without user agreeing each time.dont know if it is app or monitor but something is not right. If thinking of buying this for the phone connection, don't. As a pressure monitor alone it seems ok, but overpriced.

They claim it is compatible with Galaxy Note 5 Android 6 yet it simply doesn't sync ever. It is the dumbest "smart device" I have ever purchased. Many unknown Chinese companies never reach such a low standard and yet they claim to be a leader and no.1. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Nov 30/2016 - so many troubles connecting. Works then doesn't. Then seems to automatically connect without activating the omron. Gets my bp up when it does not work. 29th/2015 - It pairs to my Note 4 but will not transfer the data. I am using the BP786. Uninstalled the program, reinstalled the program. It pairs using the this software but will not transfer the data. Now it says lost pairing and to repair. Blood pressure on the rise .... FIX IT please. Unable to send email to address listed here as it comes back undeliverable.

Paired successfully with this tip. After trying to follow the instructions and having Bluetooth pairing fail, I went into the standard Bluetooth settings for my device and tapped "more settings" to see if it appeared under available devices and there it was (BLEsmart_ and a bunch of numbers). Clicked on "pair" and it connected. Went back to the app and retried pairing and it worked now. Tried this trick on both my Moto X Pure and Nexus 7 tablet (both running Marshmallow) and was successful! Good luck!

How can i give less than one star? The app looses connection to bp monitor, or it never finds it. To make it work is a pure gamble. You have to try to connect several times and no guarantee. Unpairing and pairing again sometimes works... But not for sure. I spend 5 times more time to connect then if i would have got a regular bp monitor and entered the data manually.

It paired with my HTC One M7 but transfers were sketchy. Sometimes it would transfer and sometimes it wouldn't. Same happened when I upgraded to a One M8. Bought a Galaxy S5 and it was difficult to get it to pair and when it finally did I couldn't get it to transfer readings at all. I have to use my old phone and fuss with that every time I want to transfer. After reading all the reviews it seems that is the normal mode of operation for this app apart from a few lucky users. I bought the blood pressure monitor because my doctor asked me to record my blood pressure a couple times a day and figured this would be the way to go and all the readings would be in my pocket when I visit my doctor. Not happening unless I mess with my old phone and keep it charged just to frustratingly transfer readings.

This app doesn't support Android 7! Says that it has paired to my HTC 10 and shows up as BLEsmart_000001100F0A087FB701 but fails due to "an incorrect pin or password". The BP cuff is OK. Don't waste time on this POS app. Lots of 'replies' from their Support here, but NOT ONE SUCCESS STORY. Shouldn't need individual phone calls with over 250 users to fix this crap! Omron...LOOK at the 979 one star reviews here!!!! You need an app that works! Not this POS.

Seriously bought this $90 device because of its 7 series plus smart system. Yeah not able to transfer the data. Let alone find it. I'm pretty tech savvy and I am already thinking about taking the device back

My LG G4 sees and attempts to pair w/my BP786, but the app can't follow through. My Moto X Pure Edition sees and attempts to pair, but the app can't do that either. Both if these handsets connect with any other BT device.

Used to work, but now doesn't. Called customer service and their response was that since I have a Nexus 5, I was out of luck, should have bought a Samsung. Forget them! I wouldn't buy a Samsung even if it were my only choice! UPDATE: Now it pairs with the new version, but it can't find it after pairing. This review stays at 1 star until it's fixed. UPDATE 2: Now it won't even pair. Still one star. UPDATE 3: New version, new phone, same old problem. Are y'all even trying OMRON?

I bought a BP687 about 2 years ago. Worked and synced fine. Quit checking my pressure about a year ago but now my doc wants me to check it daily. Tried to set it back up but doesn't work. Won't stayed paired to my Galaxy S7 and will pair with my LG tablet but won't transfer data.

This is an app software problem. I have written complete diagnostic systems. I know bad software when I see it . I will return the BP654. How you continue to sell the Bluetooth feature is beyond me. You get zero stars and I won't buy another OMRON . IF you get a fix, send me a FREE one.

App synced on the first try, stores all my stats in the app and cloud. Very easy to use with simple instructions. 10 mins out of the box and done. Maybe they have updated the app, since there are so many bad reviews?

Stores data in the cloud, without active connection there is nothing. Phones have plenty of memory guys! Only one person can use monitor and app. Sheesh. If the batteries die the date & time is lost and have to unpair and repair with app to reset and import new readings, mystifying. The model no. of the monitor not labelled anywhere on the unit. Doesnt connect to S Health, Fitbit, or any other fitness software I've used. So many thoughtless drawbacks.

CAT S60 with a stock Android 6. Repeated pairing, did not have to grant contact and call permissions. Readings weren't showing in app. Rebooted phone, opened app and they appeared. After second transfer and readings not displaying I exited program and reopened, readings were there. I find the app to be well featured now that I've figured out how to delete readings and add notes.

The app itself is decent, but I cannot get it to sync reliably with my BP786 monitor... An older version of the app worked fine with regard to syncing, but the version now is difficult at best to get it to pair let alone transfer readings. I've tired 3 different mobile devices all with similar results. Very disappointed.

Works well but not connected to any other app data. So now I have one place for BP data and another for all the rest of my connected health and fitness devices. Omron needs to see the bigger world out there. Probably will return it for something better connected.

So I have a BP786CAN but if I settled the BP786 series, the app is unable to pair with it. However, if I select BP786N series it successfully pairs. Discovered that if I delete readings from the app that even if the reasons are still on my unit it will not fetch them again. After 2 days, does not detect new readings.

The app works well BUT I have several BP653 monitors. There is no way to rename the monitors in the app listing and often the app asks you to select with monitor to transfer the readings from. I have 5 of them so that can be very confusing. I keep a monitor in each car and home, office and computer bag. If you only have one monitor then it is a 5 star app.

Horrible - does not work do not buy this product. The cuff itself is pretty cool, but the app is worthless and does not connect. How stupid. DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY. I am going to return this piece of junk to CVS tomorrow and I will never buy a Omron product again, and neither should you. Fair warning.

Still no good. My phone is a Motorola Moto G 2nd Generation, running Android 6.0, and the newly-upgraded Omron Wellness 2.4 in the phone cannot find the blood pressure monitor via Bluetooth. My BP786 monitor works great, except for this very annoying deficiency. Hey Omron! Are you listening ??

Revised. Possible cause is a Bluetooth conflict. If you have too many devices paired /w the phone, it may not be able to get both devices to talk to each other. .Used to work until version 2.4. Upgraded on my phone which has been removed from support list.

Terrible. Pair's successfully then won't connect. Get ready to attempt to connect at least 10 times without success before it randomly transfers. During that process, you'll have to repair at least twice because "it's lost its pairing." One star is too good for this app. So frustrating. You work to get your blood pressure down with the machine then the app drives it back up...

This app deserves a 0. It is impossible to set up an account for the app when it doesn't accept your correct email address. Also support cannot be gathered from Omron because the email address that they have set up as invalid. So I went to the website to set up my account, mission finally accomplished. But the app won't accept my email.... This app will raise your pressure at the end of it all. OMRON PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HORRIBLE APP! AND UPDATE YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS! ... I have a S7 edge with nougat software.

Bluetooth fail on BP786N connecting with standard Android equipment. I use a lot of Bluetooth-enabled medical apps. Pretty poor experience here, for something that should be pretty mature by now. Online links are also inscrutable, hidden whois for wellness and authentication sites is not confidence-building. Interface is minimum viable product only.

Hard to tell if I have an app issue or monitor issue (BP786N). Sync mostly doesn't work. I usually have to force stop the app to get sync working even if the phone and app think the pairing is correct. If sync worked well, I'd rate this much higher.

Makes my BP rise! Bought the monitor yesterday and installed app. First 3 measurements worked perfect. Woke up today and measured now data won't transfer. Tried repairing, reinstalling app... Won't pair now. Worthless.

Installed on galaxy S5. Couldn't figure out the pairing feature at first, could be more user friendly. But after a half hour of figuring it out, it works 100%. Problem is, to pair then transfer it has to be done in a specific order. Hit pairing button, open app, wait til it connects, then hit transfer in upper left corner. Could use some more work on a better looking Graph Chart.
