So this wasted 30mins of my day finding the nearest rental station only to be told " sorry only for our guests" even though there is a big sign over the bikes even advertising 12eur per day please see reception". Everything to indicate they want to do business and then the nasty surprise at the end. The app indicates nothing either. If bikes are only for guests of that hotel then why bother putting them on the map? Don't waste your time with this service or app either.

So easy to find a bike in Berlin with the help of this app! I was just navigating with my device in the street and found the nearest to me point with bikes for me and my friend. Would definitely recommend.
