Car Connection

This is the most worthless app I've ever used. Needs to be upgraded immediately.

Have taken to dealer to hard reset, have called customer service three times. It does not seem to start they car. Just gives errors codes. Waste of money

Works for short periods of time then you have to call support (very unfriendly and full of attitude every time you call) then it works for a week then stops working again. Wish their staff was a lot more human.

There was some confusion as to which app I needed because 2 completely different apps where installed when I only selected one. Website works good for tracking location, but App does not work at all. Can't use remote start feature _ website says it Has to be professionally installed! WTF it was installed by my dealership!Also, my dodge truck is not in the list for vehicle info, can only pick from choices of dodge cars. Not worth it! Don't waste your time! A complete waste of money and effort!

Purchased service through Straight Talk. Service expired for a day. I paid for the service for 3 additional months, but they were never able to activate again. I was ripping off for 3 months of service. All they did was blame each other. Do NOT waste your money. Find a different service.

Total waste of your money, support is a waste of time also, both Audiovox and Straight talk, call customer service @ Straight Talk, no one knows what in the world you a are talking about, transfers you to someone else who can help you better, then you gets a busy signal, they hung up. They must block out your number cause you'll never get them back in the same day.

It keeps saying I'm at the same location when in fact I'm not and it gives me updates every hour Iinstead of when I want to know. Please fix!!

It's good knowing where the car and driver are.

I'd rate better but I feel that the app could be better, coming from owning drone mobile. I keep getting button recognition errors when I try to remote start. Uninstalled and reinstalled app every time seems to fix. App seems to lag A LOT when sending commands and receiving confirmations. Since it lags, screen times out, there should be a confirmation sound like drone mobile has. I like the idea some have of seeing where driver warning occur. Does this app even let you know when your alarm goes off?

This app sucks double bill me every month. Forgot my password they link you 2 car connection that you need your old password to change your password they will not allow you to just make a new one this is freaking ridiculous

Please add the location of where the "driver warning" occurrred by showing it on the recent trips map...for example excessive speed on the interstate means less than if it is on a city street...tell me where it happened

Need to make the app function better to many problems. The app doesn't work 70% of the time. NEEDS IMPROVING

It stopped working after 2 months no help from car connect or straight talk 130.00 gone..

Force closes constantly and worse is that it hasn't worked the first time. Device is registered and installed yet the app does nothing. Won't connect and won't even save my info. I try to update the info that it says is in error and it just crashes. What a waste of money ,I hope I can return this pos .

I love being able to know what's going on with my car from far away when someone else is driving it. I travel a lot and I should be allowed to put a po box as my address. Another problem I have is that the gas price is stuck at $25.17g and I cannot get it to change. It would be cool to get the app to sync automatically with at least the average gas price from the zip code that your car is in since gas prices are changing so much.

It ask for my imei for whatever reason but it never takes it. It's a perfect waste!

I use this for my teenagers car and it took about 24 hours to start working but is great! It does crash occasionally and sometimes the location is maybe an hour old but for the most part it is always accurate and functioning. Best part is you can install it in the car and it is so low profile dumb teenagers don't know it's there. So if they turn off their phone gps, this still rats them out

My buddy gave me his car connection adapter. Couldn't get it to activate. Called multiple Times. There customer service department is full of idiots.

Takes forever to load and crashes every couple of times

Crashes way way too much on Android, note 3, but works perfectly on my ipad mini. On note 3, the shut off car isnt even lit up, I have to push the start car button to shut off the vehicle. Terrible!

Crashes over and over. I already have 8 day's the my Phone app. Doesn't Work. But work's on my Computer.. I call customer Service it's not very helpful.

Mediocre. Diving feedback doesn't tell me anything other than how much gas money I used pretty trip. Flat user interface is dated. When is the upgrade that will make this interesting?

The ap is show to load and now i get a internal sever error. $250 was a lot for a feature that works most but not all of the time

I just installed 3 of these devices on my work trucks. At this point im afraid I dont see an option to export mileage data for IRS logs. ATT rep said this program was capable of doing so. Also due to a long company email used for the user login that was set up on PC it is to long for login on the app.

I work for at&t and installed this myself... not hard... just plug it in after activating everything. Which was great. App needs a bug fix or something because everything looks like it's communicating ok with the device but the app doesn't reflect any new info and won't locate the vehicle. I'll be logging on my computer soon to see what if any updates have been posted there.

What a disappointment..cannot locate vehicle, cannot satellite view, old version was better. .
