I downloaded the app hoping to get the freebie Friday items, but I infrequently shop there, so I haven't actually redeemed any. I have checked the offers each week. The app takes a long time loading and few coupons to motivate me. Quite honestly, I rather have a rewards card I can clip coupons to anyway so I can use my computer and save memory on my phone. Most of the grocery stores in the area offer reward cards. I wish Tony's offered that instead of a app

The coupons are great but there are 2 big problems: 1) Every time I start the app, it asks me the same setup questions: Who do I shop for? What type of meat do I buy? What specialty items do I purchase? EVERY TIME!! 2) It really needs to delete the expired coupons automatically from the wallet. I've given up using it just because I don't have time to go through and delete the old coupons and flyers, one at a time, with a confirmation after each delete. Between that and re-entering my preferences, well, ain't nobody got time for that!! I've given up using it.

No sales ad on the app... what's the point of having it, strictly for coupons?? There's dozens of coupons apps that are equipped with access to several sources for coupons for much better savings. Most grocery store apps have their weekly ad with list option to match with their uploaded coupons!!

Saw an earlier review about the Hanover Park store, but I've had noooo problems. I love the free water, and especially saving the money off. I've always loved tony's but this app has taken that love to another level.

Saving any little penny helps! So far so good for me. The North Riverside location is great at helping you with the app as well. I frequently shop there, the only suggestion I have is to change up the free items a bit more often. Thanks to all the cashiers for being nice about the usage of the app as well.

Why does the app need access to my Bluetooth?? Never had an app ask that.other than Fit bit

I love saving money using this app. But, the cashiers have no idea this app exists. Everytime, the manager has to be called, but it works. Employees should be trained how to use these coupons. Overall, cool app. Saving money on groceries is great. UPDATE: The issue has been resolved at my location. Cool app.

App hung on first use. Last question about prefs required an answer even though none applied to me. Why does it require me to turn on Bluetooth? Terrible

I used to love the app until recently every time I seem to go to the Belmot Tints they seem to delete my coupons before using them ,and I'm not able to use them so I lose money because of their mistakes

Why is the weekly add not available for me to shop through and add things on my grocery list? That would make it easier and better if this feature was available.

I agree with other the only problem is cashiers dont even know this apps exist .. they dont even know how to use it .. i really think they should get notify about the app.. thank you

It's getting better..saves you money so it's definitely worth the free download. I agree with the others cashiers need training on it but easily save min of $7 everytime I shop with it! Hopefully they can update it to use one code or scan to include all of the coupons in your wallet.

Not a very robust app. Doesn't provide weekly ads, only ecoupons on a few items. Not very helpful.

The app is very limited and the cashiers don't know how to use the coupons. Very frustrating.

Downloaded in the store with the understanding I could redeem a deli coupon. Followed the instructions and still the coupon code was not listed. Had to see customer service to get the 1.00 refund.

I have not been able to login with an existing account, reset my password or create a new account with a different email address. Does anyone test before rolling into production?

Can't complain with that. And it's got some other nifty features that I like. Nice app!
