Local03: International Calls

the worst app that I ever meet. it doesn't show you the balance, no call history & you don't even know how much gonna cost you for call in different countries. such a bad bad bad app.

- no recent calls function, which is very basic for such an app - hitting '*' hangs up a call, while '*' is a common key in IVR systems - very, very bad user experience!

After using this service for over 3 months, I was contacted by the company and was told that I am using the service "too much" and that "I'm costing the company money." I am paying for their unlimited service but apparently unlimited isn't unlimited. They decided to force me to stop using their unlimited service and instead pay $10 for 14 hours a month. I cancelled. If they can't handle customers using their service, they probably shouldn't be offering an unlimited option.

It doesn't work.i can't even make the call.and when I ask for help and send mail about the problems they are always sending the same mail without telling any solution. I lost my money too.please don't install this application.

App has basic bugs in it. Don't you check before releasing?

Doesn't work properly asking for location on each use, doesn't save access number. Bottom line I have better things to do than spend time operating it. One more try and I drop 03 local.

I don't understand how someone agree to release such an app. and replace with a good working on.

When dialing international numbers it should present a screen to use Thier service. But the screen is gone in half a sec.

Bad customers service and some te call droped

Oct 3rd ... $13.56....then on 8th Oct $27.56 and now on Oct 25th ..... $27.56......seriously worst experience. ...1stly in months they changed me the amount they offer...but now without any noticed they are getting my money without my permission so please don't try even

It's not working whenever you call it's says dial your destination number and than after its money cut from my balance and If you want to deactivate your account you have to call the main branch on their time than after they said it's deactivate in 48 hours but it's still active and cut the monthly fee...so be carefull..

The access number not configured right. Can't talk with the app. Can't configure the app my self.

Dialing from contact list not working... App misses the first 0, can't dial from the dialed list. Can't dial directly to the access number.

Started to use this app and it made the process of making calls much more easier. Very good calls quality and easy to use.

I have the service a half year, i moved from a another company and i am very happy prom the quality and the price !

I have been using this app for a month now. Got my first bill from my cell provider. 35 EUR extra (41 cent per every minute) for the calls to Israel over a VOIP number! So, either these guys do not know the VOIP numbers cost money to call from the cell phones (even if you have a flat rate as I do) in Germany. Or they know it but prefer to misinform you. Feel free to decide yourselves which option of the two is worse.

Don't subscribe , if u did then there is no options for unsubscribe, u will lose 13$ every month

Some one need to sort this out, i couldn't make a single phone call. Connection is very poor and some funny background noise comes up eventually if i get connected. Now deleted this app and using access number to make calls.

They ask for your back account card details and charge whatever amounts they like. I subscribed to 1000 min to Pakistan worth 9 pounds. They billed me thrice, first 9 pounds, then 23 pounds and then 5 pounds. They don't have any option on their website to cancel subscription and customer service also not respond. I had to cancel transactions through bank and also planning to apply to Online financial scam protection bureau to bring back money they snatched.

Dont subscribe to it. Once you subscribed then they will charged monthly fees. Don't use it at all.
