Mc** worst service provide i have ever come across. guys dont get open account with Samco. I have deposited an amount of 20k two month back through rtgs but still they have not credited it in my trading account. I have submitted complaint againt it 10 -12 times tp Samco Support but nothing action has been taken till now. I would request you guys to not open accpunt with this bloody service provider.

Very bad app and very dificult website. App not working signin problem only loading. And website is not like axisdirect.in. axis direct is so easy while buy and sell. And in your website blue colour and very small things written its difficult to trade. Please folow axis direct and make website like that. I every day do trade on axis direct.i still continue on that, till you makeover your website like axis direct.

APP CRASHES EVERY 2 minutes. There is huge performance issue with the app. Crashes every 4 5 mins. By the time user login through multiple authentication screens 4 5 mins are wasted everytime, after that stay on market watch screen even for 3 4 mins app will crash

I can see despite of so many negative views regarding your app you have done nothing to improve it. I will not use this app anymore untill you make it morw user friendly. This app does not even open most of the times and crashes every now and then. If you keep ignoring these views soon you will see the disastrous results on your companies health.

This app needs total change. Each tab like marketwatch, order book, trade book etc takes too much time to open. In positions tab there is no activity, only after refreshing we able to see change in MTM. Charts are bakwas. Dont waste time to improve this app instead develop another one. Thanks.

Candlestick chart is very important for trading , in chart it doesn't shows 15, 30 minutes and 1 HR candlestick chart and it doesn't showing open, high, low and close of every candle. Everyone knows that how much is this important for trading technically. I hope you take step for this issue.6/8/16 where is your candlestick chart sir ?

Its need too much aford to improvement.. Every time need to login id and Three question.. after 10 mints again enter all the details wit slow app... Please learn from IIFL to become best App for the Mobile trading.. Hope we get soon battera service from you. No other function in the app.. its should be more valuable infromation tab.... Nothing i get any reply from you or Nothing any improvement in Mobile app

I'm unable to add new script to my market watch... It shows success msg that script successful added, but can't find it in my market watch, it's difficult when I'm out of town and want to buy a new share... How can I buy if I'm unable to add it to my watch list? So I have to create a new market watch to add new script, it's frustrating.... Please update. Apart from this the app is great

No other words..just Headache... develope application like professional. Hire some good developer.. don't do like a typical Indian chindigiri thing..very slow login also after using for few minutes portfolio switching gets difficult, get quote and other functionality is getting slow. Please update the application. Its hammering using application.

After market close as per Samco all updates are available after 7 PM still in my account no updates. As I post at 11.53 PM you can see that this app is not as others. is there any option to give minus star

Very very very very very bad app. App is not properly working. Stock price is showing wrong. I lost so much money by using this app. So friend do no open account in Samco. Zerodha is more better than Samco. Pls understand ....

After update also, if i login then it say error 0 every time. Please dnt make people fool. Please work on your app. Its wasting our time and money.

After I upgrade my android version to 5.1 the app hangs a lot, it lags and don't accept order smoothly.. kindly try to develop your app like Zeodha's Kite

App is very slow even with 4G network....App is not graphical and mojor issue it always gets error.....Solve all the problems as soon as possible... After that the app will be No.1....!!

Purchase Shares price not see in same application or portal..... SAMCO team is not responding quickly..... Technical support call was waiting around 15-20 Mins...... So many services issue etc....

There is Lot of room for improvement. Like Speed in low bandwidth etc.

जब कोई शेयर buy या सेल करते तो उसी पेज पे मार्केट price दीखता नहीं. हमें बार बार पीछे जाके देखना पड़ता है तब तक शेयर का price ऊपर निचे हो जाता है.उस पेज को मॉडिफाई कीजिए.portfolio & profit/loss.और इसे भी मॉडिफाई कीजए.

No need to show ads in trading apps. Extreme slow app. Either make it effective or we have to switch to some other trading companies..

It is not a good app. Doesn't have many functions that available in desktop software. Mostly remain hang when required for trading. It is very cheap app. now after updating it's not even opening ,becoming totally use less . It won't deserve single star rating. Now I can't trade.

One time login successful in about 100 times.No order can be placed so far.PLEASE develop it.

Samco mobile app is as poor as company's customer care services.Neither this app nor customer care respond.Donot opt for Indian Trading League.They are making us fool.Big Avoid.Today is 30th July but unable to login.When you try to log in it says 0 error and try again 0.

Make it easy to trade like other broker house. It's to slow too and not user friendly

Very bad soft ware, it is not for intra day nifty or banknifty. It is too much time taking and can not be handled for intra day. Zerodha software is the best. It should be developed just like this.

This is most worsted app I have never see this kind of app it never login by chance if u logged then it takes more time to open market watch, order book and position please upgrade this or do another good one.

App refuses to open and every time it's shows an error... it seems this error is not only on my phone, even my friends are having the same error...

Takes lot of time to get login. Now not even getting login , it is showing error message every time I try to login as "error 0 please try again 0". Improve it n rectify the errors.

Its good app.. users giving 1 star are those who don't know anything about trading or they are just noobs...

Happy with samco but app is very bad only loadings and loading. Even using 4g net

The last stage login is very slow minimum5-10 mints login.so please improve your app.

very very bad app. My suggestion is to Samco. Plz improve the like Zerodha. Kit. 1) app take time to open. 2) it should not logout till whole day. 3) it does not have 1,5,10,30 min ,.........and 1day candle stick live chart (like Zerodha kit) 4) one touch order place ( remove transactions password) 5) app consume large mobile battery & data also.

While putting order in the system I put stop loss it will not trigger.that is why I hated this app

Worst app;..introduce direct get quotes so that we can by or sell quickly. Show buying price in portfolios ,so we can be aware of total gain or loss.

I am not able to login into my account. I am not able type the password in small letters, it appears in capital letters only. So, please what I have to do to type in small letters.
