Awesome app. Saves time going to shop for renewal. But SMS is issued belatedly and OTP time shld be nhanced changed. Update to vertion2.4R3 have problem in logging for self and for others OK. After uninstall and install resolves this issue..

Recent update shows 'access denied' to my registered mobile number. I see many users have the same problem now. Rectify it in the app at the earliest.

I too got access denied but by uninstalled and installing the app I got the access. But I wanna make complaint they are billing me with products that I have not purchased can any one help how to make complaint on this

If there exists problem as "access denied", don't be panic. Go to settings-application-tnepds-clear data. If it not work uninstall and reinstall again.

If you facing access denied after update means go to app settings and clear all data for this app. After doing this I can able to login.

App is good to use..but waiting time to receive otp is really horrible.,I am getting record not found message when i click smart card activation button...if u provided detail info would be helpful

It was good earlier with Wifi but not good with mobile data. very slow. Also after the new update got access denied. After reinstalling that is solved but I am not getting OTP.
