RISSTA App Facilities

Help - for any time need immediate security help while travelling in MMTS train
Call 182 - for any security concerns and speak to security staff
WhatsApp - to report any suspicious object, person images, video

On Field RPF acts on HELP button press, so please use only in emergency case

How it works
By pressing Help button, 1 SMS containing your traveling location and direction will be sent to RPF/ Home guards of upcoming stations. The security staff of upcoming stations will come to your coach position in your category.
If your problem is not solved then after 8 minutes your location will update again or else if resolved, then you will be receiving a resolved SMS from us.
Providing category and coach position by you will be helpful for security staff to reach you quickly.

• Standard SMS charges are applicable.
• Please use HELP button when needed only, as on field Railway staff start action based on SMS.
• Any misuse of this service is a punishable offence Under the Law.
• Long distance train traveller may use helpline 182 feature or WhatsApp feature of this App for security related complaints.
• Please use interactive Help feature only while travelling in MMTS train. If you are out of MMTS area you location may not be communicated correctly.
