App does not work. Constant crashes. Temp is dangerously inaccurate, app was showing 97.3 same time Dr's thermometer was showing 102.2, do not use this on your child.

This app is useless. The product is junk. If you aren't sitting on top of your phone the reading g cuts I. And out. The records are spotty and there's no way to see what the temperature actually was whw. It got high... Except guessing. The app keeps erroring and won't stay open.

It's worthless. No support from company. The unit does not connect with/ to the app. Lastly website states temp with in 5 min, however, no temp after 20 min. Garbage product.

Keeps on logging me out and losing connection... not very reliable... so much money wasted... totally not worth buying it when the app is so crappy

It won't let me register?? And I don't understand???? The thermometer had great reviews, but I didnt look at the apps reviews. Just hoping it works eventually so I can get use of the $80 thermometer. My daughter has febrile seizures and I bought this to help monitor her temperature more, but I can't even use it.. extremely disappointed.

Poor range, consent shuts off, wont stau connected

App gives unknown error when registering. So I registered from the website and came back to login, Nothing working. Even the guest mode doesnt work because device isnt allowing me connect to it via bluetooth. Such a disappointment!

I have had this device for more than year now. App used to suck horribly when I got this device. It looks like it went through a few updates since then and now works flawlessly on my HTC 10 at least. It no longer disconnects. I also verified with my hand held thermometer and they are both within 0.05 of each other. Thank you. This is life critical for me since my son gets fabrial fits if temperature climbs too fast. I am in debt.

Because the things a piece of s*** and it's not worth $75 I bought this because my son has seizures when he gets fevers and all this thing does is log me out everytime I log in. So if anyone else is looking into buying this I probably wouldn't it's a waste of money.

The app is constantly disconnecting from the device. Also, I have to continue to turn the app off then back on to get it to add an event like giving medicine. When everything is working correctly, it is fantastic! The other night, the app disconnected for 45 mins and my son went from 98.7 to 104.3 within 30 mins. When it reconnected it did wake me up at 2 in the morning to alert me. He was sleeping right next to my bed, so it is not a distance issue or interference issue.
