How to use 'Stock Movers':

'Stock Movers' helps investors and momentum traders to find out 'on-the-move' stock with significant growth in volume. Significant growth in volume could be a signal for abnormal activity, such as large buyer/seller accumulating or reducing the stock. Together with the news highlight, the 'Stock Movers' application gives investors and traders a quick overview of what is going in the market.
You can also tap on an individual row and you will be taken to a page containing information about that stock. Four major stock exchanges are included in the app, they are New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and Hong Kong Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange. The app filters stocks by comparing current volume to their moving average which is displayed in the (x) column. It is also used as the default sorting order. The (x) column is displayed as an number, for example, if (x) is 0.5, it means the current volume is 50% of the average daily volume. If it is 2.0, it means the volume is having 200% growth comparing to average. To ensure the quality of the stocks displayed, the App will exclude low turnover / low market cap and non-active stock.

Quotes and News Headline:
Stock quote and News Headline displays are having 10-20 mins delayed which are provided by Yahoo News and Yahoo Finance Server. Index, Commodity and Forex quotes are retrieved from Bloomberg. Please inform us if any of above data provider do not want to be referenced and they will be removed from this app.
