Worked fine until now, keeps crashing as soon as I try to click on a lecture. So annoying

App is often buggy, constantly crashing and poorly managed by support/ development. Timetables can be down for whole days. Not good enough IMHO.

2017 - The app has had a major update, with great new features. My timetable is there, canvas is a great addition, live bus countdown. Very informative.

I'm a first year student, and every time when I click on my App to check my time table, it either crashes or nothing comes up. It's so annoying and frustrating. I'd have to uninstall the App and then install it agian. Seriously, do I have to continuously do this? Fix up your bugs Kingston!

Excessive Permissions - By using the app you give them all permissions on your phone. This means that they can access your contacts, calendars and more! Very simple to fix, so my review will be 1 star until you remove unnecessary permissions!

Doesn't show the ap options and the time table

So many bugs and the app crashes all the time.

Occasionally won't start properly, but 90% of the time works very well, very useful.

When I successfully log in on my account it crashes the app then crashes every time I open it after this, tried reinstalling several times, any help would be appreciated. When it works app is amazing.

Just fancy buttons that don't actually do anything but demonstrate how incompetent and disorganized this excuse for a university is. I resorted to downloading this app in the vain hope that I would actually be able to view my timetable, which I cant through OSIS thanks to further organisational ineptitude from the SEC office, which by the way like to clock of early rather than provide the service they are funded to for students, I bet they cant wait to collect their paychecks though, no delay there. Suffice it to say the app was as useless as the SEC office...... Piece of advice for anyone not at Kingston U, Keep it that way, do not put your future in the hands of these wasters.

Badly designed User Interface and buggy in general, especially compared to the iOS app. Updates should be done using Play Store and not within the app.

Brings limited functionality. UI & UX needs MAJOR overhaul, preferably HOLO. Would have given it 4 stars if this was a BETA. By no means a final product. No end user wants to know what updates the app is updating internally. Keep that hidden. Much more useful functionality needed e.g. internal HTML viewer for study space or kumail, OSIS. This app's vision should be like the Microsoft help & support for Windows except for Kingston uni. Live bus info is pretty cool, can be unreliable. Please hire a UX person.

There's no way this app needs to be 5MB and only be allowed on internal storage. Learn how to manage SD space better.

This is a really good thing to have and will obviously improve with time. My problem is that the resolutions need to be looked into. I cannot zoom to help myself and actually be able to read the content or menu's. I hope it gets better with time and it will be great help to everyone at uni

Whats the point in having the live location for the ku3 and ku2 when its never on there?? Keeps breaking down too for no reason

I appreciate the app but it would be great to have gps available both inside uni and from campus to campus
