Worked fine until recent update. Now completely useless as it doesn't let you sign in and shuts down altogether!

One day it stopped working and just showed a blank screen. Thought it was server maintenance but it lasted for a week and I had to reinstall the app to get it to work again.

Was working fine until today. My timetable has stopped displaying which is incredibly frustrating and I now cannot log back into the app.

Can't access most of the things like the timetable and email.

It's functional, especially for the course timetable, which I use almost every day. However I expected something more than a web-based application, that every time you open it takes some seconds to load all the cards.

The app is getting better and better. My main suggestion would be to make it easier to add lectures / tutorials to the calendar in bulk. Apart from that the user interface is great - well done KCL

Every time I try to go on the library section (the only reason I have the app in the first place) the app crashes.

Timetable function still doesn't display classes and design is still not user friendly

This app no doubt has some useful functions however, it is simply appalling that the developers never thought to include the function that allow students access to their college MSN email account.

Clicking on Library crashes the app every time. I only ever used the app to extend my library loans so it's now useless. The oldversion at least worked. SORT IT OUT!!

Update 20.10.14: Got an update. New UI but seems like the only function that is useful, renew book, is bugged. The app crashes every time I press on the library button. Srsly, 3 years already and nothing have done...... Please fix this broken app. The only function is useful is to renew your book. The account balance can't even correct. Fix it.

Crashes everytime I start. Even though the gui has been improved the app has become slower. First the app should run, then one can comment on its functionality. The previous one was far more better than the new updated version.

Needs to provide access to library account, emails and personal calendar/timetable. Could be a brilliant app but at the moment, doesn't really offer anything. I would suggest having the option of an auto-reminder/1-click downloading of pdf lecture notes for upcoming lectures as per your timetable. That way you can pull it down to your tablet for prior reading.

You've added a "feature" where we must login again every time we need to do anything. The library feature doesn't work. Gone from two stars to one! On the other side the UI is actually improved, although functionality needs to be there first!

LIBRARY OPTION DOESN'T WORK! THE ONLY THING I USE IT FOR

Only ever use the library part of this, and now the app crashes every time I try and access this section...

Useless

App seems to "Unfortunately stop working" quiet often on android 4.4! Timetable part of the app is great but would an "Add all to calendar" would be nice as going through each lecture and clicking "Add to Calendar" is a little tedious. You could also incorporate Careers news, KCL events etc.

Needs many more features, currently the only 2 features worth using are the people search and the library. All the irrelevant features need to be cut such as map need to be removed. Possible features to include (i) find friends on campus, (ii) able to renew library books, (iii) quick access to keats and timetables (iv) able to top us printing account (v) able to pay subs for society membership (vi) allow societies at kings send out notifications to members on locations and events. Its great to see KCL ent

It seems that the KCL API has an SSL cert that wasn't correctly installed. Causes the app to crash on login, and the web version to spew SSL errors. Completely broken app for the moment. Shame.

Whilst it looks up people OK, it offers to dial their 4 digit extension rather than add it to the BT KCL prefix. This needs to be fixed. The email options works OK though.

The app crashes after I enter my user id and password. Needs a lot of improvement.

1. Please add a "renew all" option for library on next update. 2. the "Map" is actually useless for new student. It is not possible to use GPS in the building, and the A-GPS with this College map makes people confused. 3. More functions are expected.

Library and people lookup work OK, nothing else. Not worth downloading in its present state.

No emails, no access to Keits, no access to student profile, grades etc.

Timetables, KEATS, etc would be great.

Works great. Easy to access info. Can't wait for updates! But really hope school admins take advantage; add timetables, deadlines etc
